Pink Lily Excellent customer service. Friendly fast responses

I can honestly say I think so highly of all the people involved with Pink Lily. I've had many experiences from either customer service with a live person to emails back regarding my purchases. If the quality of an item was damaged when delivered, they gave me the option for a full refund or gift card. If a piece was missing, they sent another one asap. If I wanted to change a size before my item was ready to ship, they are happy to do so. I love the videos they have with most items available, it always helps get a better feel for the pieces. If an item didn't meet expectations, I can return for a gift card and I hope that soon a full return will be in their future with their business now growing and blooming.

Pink Lily The only place I will shop now

Last year I could barely afford Pink Lily - now this year all I find myself doing is shopping at Pink Lily because I can and want to! I don't even bother going anywhere else anymore because of how fantastic the team is, the shipping, the sales, selection, colors, etc. I had one hiccup and did not receive an item once, within just a couple of hours they contacted me back and got it all sorted out. That's amazing customer service to me. I will be a loyal customer for a long time! I follow the CEO Tori on social media and she is the absolute best. I feel so informed and it helps me make better decisions about my purchases - not all boutiques have that luxury. Can't wait for the holiday collection to go live tomorrow

Pink Lily Pink Lily Superfan for life!

I have followed and shopped Pink Lily on Instagram for years -- ever since they were just an online store! I've loved watching them grow into this massive business with their incredible CEO (#girlboss) and love following all of their models and influencers. I would say 75% of my closet is Pink Lily and I recommend it to all of my friends! I recently bought two of the same exact dresses on accident that were final sale. The dresses didn't fit and I was stuck with what to do with them! The Pink Lily customer service team allowed me a one-time courtesy exchange for store credit. I am so thankful for their service and understanding. (Sometimes my aggressive online shopping during a pandemic backfires. ;)) Thank you PL!

Pink Lily Terrible Customer Service and Misleading Sizing: My Disappointing Experience with Pink Lily

Pink Lily is not a good place to shop. Their customer service is terrible and there is no phone number to call if you have any issues. The sizing is not accurate and can be very misleading. I ordered several items and they all turned out to be too small. The company tries to trick you into buying clothes and when they don't fit, you can't get your money back. Instead, they give you E-credit which is useless if you don't want to buy anything else from them. I spent almost $300 and now it's just sitting in my account with no real refund. It feels like the company is defrauding customers.

I have been shopping online for a long time and this is the first time I have not been able to get a refund. It's very unexpected and disappointing. I don't understand why they would do this to their customers. If I am disappointed with my first order, why would I want to buy anything else from them again? It's a waste of time and money.

To make matters worse, it has been almost a month since I sent the items back and I still haven't heard from them. This is unacceptable. I don't know what's going on and I don't know when I will get my money back. It's frustrating and stressful.

Overall, I would not recommend Pink Lily to anyone. Their customer service is terrible, the sizing is not accurate, and they don't give real refunds. It's a waste of time and money.

Pink Lily Disappointing Quality and Toxic Smell: My Experience with Pink Lily Fashion

I've been seeing Pink Lily all over my Instagram lately, so I decided to give them a try and ordered a couple of dresses and a jersey jumpsuit. Let me tell you, the shipping took SO long to get to me, and I live outside a big city in the Northeast. When I finally got my package, I was hit with a really strong smell that was super toxic. It was honestly one of the worst smells I've ever experienced.

But the worst part was the construction of the clothes. It was just terrible. I was so disappointed with the quality of the garments. I tried to return them right away, but guess what? They only offer store credit. Why would I want to buy anything else from them after this experience?

I don't know what Pink Lily is doing with all the money they're spending on influencers, but it's definitely not going into their products. It's a shame, because I really wanted to like this brand. But unfortunately, I won't be shopping with them again.

Pink Lily Disappointing Experience with Pink Lily: Unfriendly Return Policy and Poor Quality Dress

I recently had an experience with Pink Lily and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. I was excited to try out their clothing and placed an order for a dress. However, when the dress arrived, I was disappointed to find that it was the wrong size and had a tear in it. To make matters worse, the correct size was sold out.

I immediately reached out to Pink Lily to request a return and was surprised to find out that their return policy is not very user-friendly. As someone who had never purchased from them before, I was not aware of their policy and was disappointed to learn that I could only receive store credit or a gift card, even if I requested a return the very next day after receiving the item.

I understand that companies have policies in place to protect themselves, but I feel that Pink Lily's policy is not fair to their customers. It's like pulling teeth to get my $46 back and it's frustrating to have to settle for store credit when I was expecting a refund in the same form of payment.

To add insult to injury, the quality of the material on the dress was cheap and lacking in quality. I was disappointed with the overall experience and am hesitant to spend money with Pink Lily again in the future.

If Pink Lily were to change their return policy to make it more user-friendly, I might consider giving them another try. However, until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Pink Lily Disappointing Experience with Pink Lily: Delayed Shipping and Poor Quality Scarf

I placed an order on Pink Lily's website on December 20th. I was excited to receive my "customized - made to order" item before my trip on January 15th, as the estimated shipping time seemed to allow for it. Unfortunately, only part of my order arrived - a scarf that sheds badly and I'm not sure if I'll ever wear it.

I received an email on December 26th stating that my sweatshirt had shipped and the tracking information was attached. However, after checking the tracking information, I noticed that there was no movement or updates. I reached out to Pink Lily twice to inquire about the status of my order, but all I received were replies stating that they use a bulk mailing process and that I'll be notified once it has really shipped.

Today is January 12th and I'm still waiting for my order to arrive. There has been no movement on the order and no updates. I'm starting to feel frustrated and disappointed with Pink Lily's service. I wish I could cancel or return my order, but it seems like that's not an option.

Overall, I'm not satisfied with my experience with Pink Lily. I don't plan on ordering anything else from them in the future. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to receiving my order, but it seems like they've let me down. Fool me once, shame on you Pink Lily.

Pink Lily Terrible Customer Service and Shipping Experience with Pink Lily

So, I just bought a couple of hats from Pink Lily and I gotta say, I'm not too happy with my experience. I know that COVID is causing some delays with shipping, but USPS has lost my packages a few times now and it's starting to feel like a pattern. I reached out to Pink Lily to ask how long I should wait since my package hasn't moved or updated in 7 days, but all they did was send me a generic email that they probably send to everyone. I replied back and explained my situation, but they pretty much told me that it's not their problem anymore since they already shipped the item out. They even suggested that I contact USPS to figure out where my package is! Can you believe that? I'm so shocked and upset that a retail company would treat their customers like this. I highly recommend that you don't shop here because they clearly don't care about their customers.

Pink Lily Disappointing Customer Service and Shipping Experience with Pink Lily

I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with Pink Lily. I reached out to their customer service team and it took them a hot minute to get back to me. And when they finally did, all they suggested was to track my order using their system. Like, duh, I've been doing that already and my order is still nowhere to be found.

I was really counting on my items to arrive in time for an event I had this weekend, so I shelled out some extra cash for shipping. But apparently, my items haven't even left the city they were coming from yet. What a bummer. And to make matters worse, I wasn't even offered any compensation for the cost of shipping.

Honestly, unless you have all the time in the world to wait for your order to arrive, I wouldn't bother with Pink Lily. Their customer service is seriously lacking and it's just not worth the hassle. I'm just crossing my fingers that my stuff fits and is good quality, because I'm not holding my breath for any help from their team.

Pink Lily Mixed feelings about Pink Lily: Great Quality and Fast Shipping, but Terrible Return Policy and Fees

I recently ordered from Pink Lily and I have to say, the quality of my order was very good. I received 6-7 items and they all looked great. The best part was that my order came super quick. I ordered on a Thursday night and had it in my hands by Monday. That's some fast shipping!

However, there were a couple of negatives that I have to mention. First, the return policy is terrible. I was aware of this before I placed my order, but it's still frustrating. One of the items I received, a tank top, did not fit at all compared to the online measurements and other reviewers. The other item, a dress, was a different color than what was shown in the picture. It was more of a putrid green in my opinion. The sizing was great on both items, but I still wanted to exchange the tank top for a different size and return the dress. Unfortunately, Pink Lily only allows exchanges for sizes, not colors. So I would have to pay for shipping again just to exchange the same product in a different color. That's just plain silly in my opinion.

Another negative is that Pink Lily makes you pay for returns. This seems crazy to me. I rarely see companies that make you pay for returns these days. It's just not a good way to treat your customers.

Overall, I loved 4 out of the 6-7 items I received from Pink Lily. However, because of the terrible return policy and the fact that they make you pay for returns, I will not be shopping here again. It's just not worth the hassle.

Pink Lily Poor Customer Service and Quality from Pink Lily: A Review

So, I bought a sweater from Pink Lily, and it was way too big for me. I wanted to exchange it for a smaller size, but they wouldn't let me. I tried to reorder it, but it was sold out. I had to pay for shipping both ways, and they wouldn't give me a refund. Instead, they gave me a store credit, which I tried to use later. But when I tried to use it, they charged my debit card instead. I tried to contact them by phone, but I couldn't get through. So, I sent them an email, and they said they would cancel the order. But they didn't. They shipped it anyway. When I asked them to use my store credit, they said no. The quality of the sweater wasn't that great either. I think I'll stick with Amazon and Nordstrom from now on. They have free shipping and better customer service.

Pink Lily Disappointing Experience with Pink Lily: Delayed Shipping, Out of Stock Items, and Gift Card Refund

So, I bought a bunch of tops from Pink Lily, and I was pretty excited to get them. But then, I waited for a week and a half, and my package still hadn't shipped. I had to reach out to them to see what was going on, and they told me that most of the items I ordered were out of stock. They said that the rest of my order would ship the next day, but I was already feeling pretty frustrated.

I decided that I didn't want the items anymore, and I asked if I could cancel my order. But they told me that I couldn't because it was already set to ship. I was pretty disappointed because I didn't like the things anymore, and the whole process had been so painful.

Finally, after two more days, my package shipped. But when I received it, I didn't even open it. I sent it back right away because I didn't want it anymore. But even after I dropped the package off, it took them six more days to give me a refund. And to make matters worse, they only gave me a gift card instead of refunding my credit.

I know that mistakes happen, but this whole process was just so frustrating. I really wanted to support a small business, but I don't think I'll be ordering from Pink Lily again.
