On 11/5/22 I ordered a sweater in blue size 1x from Colinskeirs. I received a green one & the xl was like a small. I requested an exchange for a blue one in 2x & return of the green one. I received a reply that I could keep the green one & they would charge me a percentage off. I asked how much that would come to and they never replyed. Even after many attempts I never got a reply so I am stuck with a green sweater for $42.98 that I cannot wear. The sweater was sent from ESG, 9835 Alpaca St., South EL Monte, CA 91733.
