They no-showed for me for initial pick up and did not even bother to notify me till I called them myself after the window they gave me expired. ZERO compensation for it! They rescheduled me without even asking if the day works for me! Then I changed it few days in advance they had a nerve to change me $100 fee... TWICE! No warning before you click the reschedule button! Horrific customer service. They just blow you off! Oh, and they charged another $100 to cancel! Beware that their dimensions only allow 4 feet height. So even if your staff would feet fine in let's say 10 x 10 storage, they will charge you for more! Absolute crooks! I hope someone sues them out of existence!
