This company got an add-on for GMail that reverses emails to be in order, but it puts an icon in the Gmail header and sends prompts and info that I don't want. They keep trying to get me to buy or download more of their stuff, and I can't turn it off. I asked them, but they didn't respond. It's too invasive, and I have no control!

I got charged $149 on 08/12/22 and I didn't even say it was okay. I want my money back.

Been using cloudHQ for a while now. They disabled my account but they're still in it. When I asked why I was banned, they blocked me and said they have the right to refuse. They didn't give me any warning about this. They're not responding to my emails (which is what they told me to use for support) and I doubt calling them would help. But I'll try anyway. I can't stop them from accessing my accounts, which includes texting me. Now I have to report them to *** because of this.

I tried this biz's product for email sigs, used it for a bit and then canceled. But now there's a button on my email that won't go away unless I delete it myself. They say I gotta upgrade to get rid of it. I emailed them and tried to call, but no luck. It's kinda shady to force peeps to upgrade like this.
