They keep trying to get me to buy or download more of their stuff, and I can't turn it off. I asked them, but they didn't respond. It's too invasive, and I have no control!
Been using cloudHQ for a while now
Been using cloudHQ for a while now. They disabled my account but they're still in it. When I asked why I was banned, they blocked me and said they have the right to refuse. They didn't give me any warning about this. They're not responding to my emails (which is what they told me to use for support) and I doubt calling them would help. But I'll try anyway. I can't stop them from accessing my accounts, which includes texting me. Now I have to report them to *** because of this.
