Pls validate this debt cuz I dunno anything about it n I sent a letter askin for info. No response, so I still dunno about this debt. Pls give me a signed contract to prove it.

This company keeps calling me every other day about a debt. I asked for a detailed bill three weeks ago, but I still haven't received anything. Today, they called while I was driving, so I called them back. The impolite paralegal lady transferred me to collections, who answered rudely and sent me back to the paralegal. The paralegal then rudely said, "I told you I transferred you to collections." I tried to explain that he transferred me back to her, but she told me to lose the attitude. Well, I didn't have an attitude before, but I certainly do now. I'm going to block all their calls. Since they were extremely rude, they can write off this debt. They didn't provide me with the necessary information to make arrangements. They are the rudest and most unprofessional people I have ever spoken to. They shouldn't have a job at all if they're going to talk to people like this. I wouldn't even talk to a piece of crap the way they talk to me.

This company keeps calling me sayin that I owe money. They cant provide me who the money is owed to or itemized bill of any kind. I had medical insurance that paid all of my medical bills so this appears to be a predatory agency tryin to make a false claim. I have asked multiple times WHO IS THE ORIGINAL BILL WITH because I would like to provide my explanation of benefits or check with my health insurance provider to see why they werent paid or to see if the bill is legit. This firm does not provide ANY information. They tell me to call somewhere else, which I did and they never answer either. It is not my job to hunt down who allegedly hired them to collect a debt. If a debt is legit, it is their job to provide me with who the debt is owed to and what it is for - period. I have blocked their number because they call all the time and I get no where. It is not that I dont want to pay a bill if I actually owe it, but they cant prove I owe anything or who I owe.
