The company and I had an agreement to put up some fancy lights on the outside of my house, switch out my outdoor light thingies, change my doorbell plate, and install a new doorbell called the ring pro 2. They finished the lights and I paid them for their work. The boss guy said he would come back to finish everything else. A few weeks later, he did come back and changed the doorbell plate and supposedly installed the ring pro 2. But guess what? The doorbell wasn't put in right. So on April 29th, I hit him up to see if he figured out how to fix it. He said yes and that he would swing by on Saturday. On Friday, I double-checked with him that he would be there at 2 pm. Then, on Saturday, just 5 minutes before 2, he texted me saying he couldn't make it at 2 and it would be more like 5 pm. I told him I couldn't do 5. But then, around 4:30, I texted him again and said I could actually make it work and asked if he was still coming. Since then, I haven't heard a peep from him. I've left him messages and voicemails, but no response.
