I got a quote for a new ac condenser and coil for $5500.00 on 5/6. I called the sales rep *** today on 5/27 to let him know I will be moving forward with the project. I wanted to leave a deposit to start it, but he said they couldn't honor the quote. The original quote was given to me to "fill in a day" of work, and now to do the work, it would be $6339.30. That's $839.90 higher for no reason. It's very deceptive and shady.

This company was supposed to fix my HVAC under warranty, but they've been to my house at least 6 times since December and it's still not fixed. They keep saying it's fixed, but it's not. My heating system hasn't been working properly for over 2 months now. Today, they installed ventilation piping that blocks access to my humidistat and they shut off the water to one HVAC, claiming it was causing flooding in my basement. But when I got home from work, my basement was flooded again. They need to fix the problem correctly. I can't even turn off the humidifier because it's buried behind the new piping.

I had a transaction with Pro Energy Solutions on August 19th. First issue was in Apri 2020 when my closet got water damage from the attic due to Mini Split Implementation. I had to spend around $1000 to repair the water damage, mold etc. Second issue was in April when Pro Energy Solutions serviced the unit and said everything was okay. But my closet got water damaged at the same place again and I am not happy with the solution they provided. They haven't fixed the water damage and I have been calling them for the last two months but there is no response. I need them to fix it or pay the money for the repair. Also, I need them to repair the installation properly not with the PVC fix which is still concerning to me.

Pro Energy Solutions was supposed to fix our gas heater, put in new duct work, and install a new Central Air Conditioning Unit in JULY. They started in JULY, but they still haven't finished. They messed up our house, and they don't call back. They came today to fill in the concrete for the posts that hold the A/C Unit and turn on the gas. We got a loan from South Jersey Gas for this home improvement project. The loan says we have to sign off on the work when it's done. When they came today, they said they won't pour the concrete or turn on our heat unless we sign the document that says we're happy with the job. I said I won't sign a paper that says the job is done when it's not. They left without turning on our gas. This started in July. It's October now, and it's getting cold at night. Also, the city of North Wildwood sends local township inspectors whenever you have a new system installed. The electric, gas, and plumbing inspectors have been here a few times to check the work. They found lots of problems with the work and put RED stickers on all areas (Plumbing, electric and gas). The installation is so bad that my local inspectors won't approve it. Pro Energy Solutions is trying to make us sign a paper that says the job is done by holding back the work that needs to be done. They want the papers signed so South Jersey Gas will give them the money without doing the work they promised. This is probably illegal or fraud. It's not fair. I called the owner of the company a lot of times, but he hasn't called me back.
