I had a bad experience with Imhoff & Associates, P.C. I hired them to help my son with his criminal charges, but it's been a year and he's still in jail. We paid a lot of money for a criminal defense attorney, but they gave us a family law attorney who doesn't seem to know what she's doing. She hasn't even visited my son once and has missed several court hearings. We just want a resolution, but nothing has been established. The attorney seems to be completely disconnected from my son's case. We've tried to address our concerns with the case manager, but nothing has been done. We're either looking for a new attorney or a refund. It's been a frustrating experience.

I paid a lot of money to Imhoff & Associates, P.C. to help my son with his legal troubles, but they didn't do anything. They outsourced the case to a lawyer who didn't know what he was doing and then assigned us another lawyer who never called us back. I had to do everything myself and they still charged me a lot of money. I found out that they didn't even pay the first lawyer they assigned to us. This law firm is not ethical and they take advantage of people who need help. I read other reviews and it seems like a lot of people have had the same experience. I wouldn't recommend this law firm to anyone.

I received poor service from a law firm & Associates. They failed to provide the necessary assistance, and we received advice from non-lawyers. We were referred to them by a legal service company for issues concerning probation and a federal case. They were to liaise with the FBI on our behalf to prevent probation violations. However, they delegated our case to an attorney in California, who then referred us to another in Missouri. Unfortunately, this attorney was not licensed in Missouri and couldn't represent us effectively. After lodging a complaint with the firm, they assured us of a resolution through an individual who, disappointingly, was not a lawyer. They never engaged with the FBI, and we ultimately sought help from a public defender. We requested a refund due to their unfulfilled promises. Delays in assistance led to our arrest due to miscommunication. While not holding them entirely responsible, we believe a refund is justified.
