I had a bad experience with Imhoff & Associates, P.C. I hired them to help my son with his criminal charges, but it's been a year and he's still in jail. We paid a lot of money for a criminal defense attorney, but they gave us a family law attorney who doesn't seem to know what she's doing. She hasn't even visited my son once and has missed several court hearings. We just want a resolution, but nothing has been established. The attorney seems to be completely disconnected from my son's case. We've tried to address our concerns with the case manager, but nothing has been done. We're either looking for a new attorney or a refund. It's been a frustrating experience.

I paid a lot of money to Imhoff & Associates, P.C. to help my son with his legal troubles, but they didn't do anything. They outsourced the case to a lawyer who didn't know what he was doing and then assigned us another lawyer who never called us back. I had to do everything myself and they still charged me a lot of money. I found out that they didn't even pay the first lawyer they assigned to us. This law firm is not ethical and they take advantage of people who need help. I read other reviews and it seems like a lot of people have had the same experience. I wouldn't recommend this law firm to anyone.

I got some bad service from *** & Associates. They didn't give us all the help we needed and some people who weren't even lawyers were giving us advice. We found them through Legal Shield and they were supposed to help us with some legal stuff related to probation and a federal investigation. They were supposed to talk to the FBI for us and help us avoid violating probation. But instead, they sent our case to a lawyer in California who then sent us to another lawyer in Missouri. This new lawyer wasn't even licensed in Missouri and couldn't represent us properly. We had to call *** & Associates and complain. They put someone on the phone who said they would fix everything, but it turned out that person wasn't even a lawyer. They never talked to the FBI and we ended up getting help from a public defender instead. We asked for some of our money back because they didn't do what they were supposed to do. We waited a long time to get help and then ended up getting arrested because they didn't communicate properly. We're not blaming them for everything, but we do think we deserve some of our money back.
