I have been working with this company (As A Seller Not An Employee) for many years called Clickbank which is basically a Affiliate marketing company where Affiliate Marketers like myself promote Individuals or businesses physical/digital products to potential customers and earn a commission for each sale generated through their unique affiliate links. Anyway just recently I decided to login to my clickbank account since I haven’t been on clickbank for months then as I tried to login to my clickbank account I received a message on the clickbank website saying that I need to reset my password because clickbank passwords expire every 90 days ( As Shown in the Picture) so I clicked on the reset password button then I received a email from clickbank saying that my clickbank account is currently disabled (As Shown in the Picture) so I contacted clickbank support team about this issue then after a week later I received an email from clickbank support team saying that they disable my clickbank account due to extended period of inactivity. ( As Shown in the Picture) then I was able to get in touch with the Clickbank Vice President of Client & Customer Advocacy she told me that she can help get my clickbank account reinstated, I just need to contact her through her email address and she will need to run me through their document verification process. unfortunately i have contacted her through email over a week ago but she is completely ignoring me.
Desired outcome: I just want Clickbank to reinstate my Account
