City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipalityprepaid box not working

I have reported my prepaid meter which was not working on Friday and was allocated a reference number of 426/1 and a technician was sent on Saturday who indicated they have sent a wrong technician and will reallocate the reference to the technician who works with meter boxes and that never happened and on Sunday when was trying to follow up i realized that the reference was closed as attended to and was given a new reference number 530 and again a technician was allocated and came and also-ran indicated that they have sent a wrong technician i have tried the whole day to get assistance and even called the councilor but I have not been assisted i really don't know what else to do
