City of Cleveland Division of Water – Water bill

I owe a property in Cleveland no back taxes on the property, and no one have lived in the home since Oct 2023. The water company is trying to say the water bill in the home from the month of JAN, FEB & March 2024 each month 3k of water used. Now I have a 10k swearer bill and a 6k water bill. The home hasn't had a tenant since the end of 2023. How and the main water value to the home turned off. The water company is trying to take my home, and all my taxes are paid up no back taxes I've spoken to more than 8 people no help. There IS NO WATER LEAK! They just out her trying to take older people homes. There is no corporate to call only the rude people downtown with no will to help just collect money
