I have been trying to reach you for over a month. Your wait time is hours. I can not even reach you via trying to log in. If you check my records, you will see that jerry gillett /judy gillett have been customers for 61 years (since 1962). We have never been a day late in our payments in any residence we ever had. We send you a check #5819 for our last invoice for our acct # [protected] due by 10/09/2023. You have not cashed our check! Being "old & very punctual in all of our bills, I must talk to someone about your lack of availability by phone or email.

I would like please to be contacted so I can see why you have not cashed our check & how we can end this terrible blot on our reputation & restore trust with your service & product... Our water.
