City Furniture review: In house warranty added to sale without knowledge

In july 2023 my husband & I went to city furniture to purchase furniture for our new home - Stuart Florida location- Nick, our salesman was extremely knowledgable and helpful throughout the process- he was quick to place orders and help with selections- we have purchased from city furniture years ago and we had a nightmare with warranty so when I carefully reviewed by statement from Synchrony bank I saw that each item purchased has its own in house warranty (which was added to bill but I was never told by Nick although I signed the paper so he claims he did -I know he didnt offer it because I would NEVER have another warranty after our 1st experience- fast forward to september and went to see Nick who wasnt there a couple of times we tried and when we did see him he suggested to speak to one of the managers but he said i doubt they will be able to do anything except give a credit & we want them to take those in house plans off! They added up to over $1200 for all items - My husband went in on 11/3/2-23 (we do work so its not easy to get to store) the manager Lisa & Nick suddenly became very short and rude and refused any resolution to the matter and Nick said he told us about the cost and he DID NOT - we simply wanted the charges to re removed and they REFUSE !
