Ive been with this bank since late 80's. They have all phone#'s go overseas. Once I was routed to south aftica to deal with fraudulent charges in my acvount, they prceeded to text me a verification code and then tell me that theyre unable to send verification codes via text. Was then told to handle thru my local branch, the branch manager regused to assist me and spoke with condescending attitude... Run in the other direction of this institution do not walk. Thank me later
