CitiFinancial Servicing review: Called twice at work and my mom

i have an account with citifinancial. i have asked citifinancial not to call me at work. after i asked them not to call me at work they called 2 times after that. then i went to another citifinancial in pensacola florida and submitted a letter requesting that citifinancial of pace not to call me at work harrassing me. right now my family is experiencing a very difficult time. we recently found out that my husband has been molesting my daughter and the trauma associated with that. it's very hard right now emotionally and financially. i am also requesting that my interest rate be lowered at this time to assist with this very difficult time. thank you cornelia toles
