About 6 months ago citi changed from my sears card to the thankyou card. From that point on I have had nothing but problems accessing my acct online. On this last go around I could not get an agent no matter what I tried I got hung up in their phone tree from ****. All I ger is clear my cash and cookies which deletes all of my saved info on my other accts.

Recommendation: Do NOT get this card!!!!
