I was alerted to potential fraud. I called the number on your app. Waited 30 minutes for an agent. Could hardly understand him. He got my info then put me on hold for over 30 minutes and never came back on call. In the meantime I went on your chat where I had to insist on a live agent. After multiple delays this person said he couldn’t help me and gave me another number to call. I am on hold for this call estimated wait time is 30 minutes. Still on hold as I type this message. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. You WILL lose customers because of this poor experience. I’m sure I’m not the only one.
