My son had a credit card from CITI and here is what they did to him. My son built his credit card rewards balance up to over $3000 and out of nowhere they canceled his card which I guess is not big deal, but they have a policy that if they do cancel your card, Citi will cancel all of your rewards.
Find a reputable bank to do business with. A local bank which is an actual brick and mortar is the best. Terrible company policies!

Recommendation: Dont chase after good rewards points from a company that can cancel them at any time like Citi Bank!!
