I use a credit card for security and protection against fraud. CitiBank used to protect their customers, not so anymore. I purchased a pair of hearing aids from Audien Hearing with a 45 day money back guarantee. The hearing aids are inferior and defective, I disputed the charge with CitiBank and they sided with Audien Hearing. Shutting CitiBank down, worst credit card on the market,

Recommendation: Run don't walk away from Citi Bank.
