I am having a problem with getting a dispute settled. It is case D-[protected]. It was suppose to be settled by 10/17/23 and it has not. I have sent more than enough paper work to show that this was not a duplicate charge but a fraud. I have proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that the $5298.39 charge was a fraud and yet your investigators have sent me on a wild goose chase. I fyou check my account history you will see I make all my payments early, never late and always more than they should be. Because of this problem my FICO score has dropped almost 100 points. I went to my lawyer this AM and showed him all the information I have provided and he told me it should have been taken care of weeks ago. If this problem is not resolved I am going to have him sue Citi Bank and ask for damages for what has happened to me along with lawyers and investigators fees. I thank you in advance for looking into this problem for me. PS. The place of business where this problem started said no one from Citi ever contacted them.

Desired outcome: I would like this $5298.39 over charge off my account and my FICO fixed.
