On 9/7/23 I checked into Hampton Inn Glendale Wisconsin. The stay was prepaid and insured thru CCI Reservations. The hotel said they had prepaid record, and charged me again for the stay. I forwarded email confirmation from CCI Res to the hotel, showing the stay was prepaid. Despite this the hotel pursued the SECOND charge. Hotel manager Gunnice then REFUNDED the reservation line! I disputed the hotel's double charge, for this prepaid stay, but CITI paid the hotel! I NEVER disputed CCI Res line, only the hotel's overcharge. I've provided confirmation of all of the above to Citi TWICE. Citi said not only am I responsible for the reservation line charge - which was paid in July, I am also responsible for the hotel overcharge - though I showed the hotel proof of prepayment!

CITI should never have sided with the hotel, especially upon receiving proff that the stay was prepaid.

I don't need to attach the CCI Res confirmation of the prepayment here, as I've sent it to CITI TWICE now. I also forwarded to CITI a copy of proof that the hotel refunded the reservation line, NOT ME.

You should know I've messaged your CEO Jane Fraser about this as well.

Desired outcome: Please refund or credit me the 813.60 I have overpaid for this 4 day stay 9/9 - 9/11/23.
