$500 you have stolen from me. I havent received my money that I gave you at noon today and its 5:44pm. I called and called and no one will give me my money back. My last [censored]ing $500 I had to have on that card today. Are you going to cover late fees? Are you going to pay for the things I had to purchase today? I am facing a $1500 fine and I need that money to take care of issues TODAY to avoid the fines. Should I send you the bill?

Cashier was very rude. What's on personal call. Did not greet customers. Did not tell me customer their totals. Very very very unprofessional. I have been shopping at the circle k for many years and with the employees and management they have now is awful. It's the only store in our small town. Many people all riding a few extra miles to shop at your competitor.

I have a complaint about your Chelmsford store. I have a card that I buy 6 of any drink and 7 th is free. Well I only ever buy extra large slushees and was told that I can only get a large and they made me pay for the xlarge every other store does it what makes them different from the rest, he said there has been changes well if I buy xlarge I want xlarge for my free one.
My complaint is about selling 64 0z. insolated circle K mugs for around $9.00 with being told the first refill was free and the refills would be discounted. The employee I talk to said see was the store manager . I asked her for a name as there was no I.D. or any business card to I.D. her as a manger or that she even works for circle. She had instructed all of her employees that the people who bought the advertising insolated mugs will pay the same as any other gas station 64 oz mugs. As Circle K set price on the register that way. The employees for years all had charge me a discounted price. I am 100% disabled under S.S.D.I. and I felt disrespected. When I told her I was going to file complaints she directed me too poor out the mug and get out of the store. That she was making this order permit and have me arrested if I ever violated her order. This is my first bad interaction I ever had from any employees at any location. This happened yesterday [protected] in the after noon shift at the circle K off of keene rd Richland Wa. 99352 . ps. let me know if I was wrong. As if I am wrong I will need make this right.

The manager, Scott, which was reported before, very poor in customer service. He talk loudly to the vendor who was just there to do their job. The vendor stated to the cashier what they was there for and he immediately came out the back saying "you cant come in the store without asking for a manager". The vendor said thats what the cashier was going to the back for! Then the manager was told he is just rude. The vendor even stated he was reported to the company and the manager stated that he doesn't care. That should be a professional environment for all customers and not like we're on the streets. Maybe he's power struck. But he need severe training to hold a managerial position.

bathroom & customer service
I'm at 27252 Pauling in lake forest ca. I used the restroom and got gas. The restroom so disgusting. I brought it to the attention of the employee he argued with me stating "so many men go in there, I can't keep up". That bathroom has NEVER seen cleanser. The walls are filthy the sink and around the toilet. It smells and has a ton of graffiti. The paper towels dispenser didn't work as well.
I'll never go back there simply because of the employee who was not wearing a name badge.
service agent in store/ fuel station
Service Agent in Circle K fuel station in Boulder refuses to issue a receipt although the printer for fuel and car wash are not working (agent's name: LAL). Date when this happened was today, 6th June 2019. Service level of this agent is unacceptable. I am considering to change the fuel station. This kind of behavior of the same agent happened to me the second time.-

I entered the Circle K store# 3828, tran# 1012937, CSH 10. I purchased 4 drinks @ 0.79 each as I do all the time. Before I left the store my youngest son said his drink wasn't full and could he add another flavor to it. I told him to go ahead and sent my other son to the car with 2 of the drinks. I still had my drink in my hand and noticed my son couldn't find the top for the drink so I walked over, put the top on the drink and helped him fill it up. When I got just about to my car I heard someone yelling,
Cashier: Hey, Ma'am
Me: Yes
Cashier: Did you just take 2 more drinks
Me: No, my son just wanted to add a little more to the drink he already had

When I got home it dawned on me that she actually thought I stole 2 drinks. I am a 48 y/o United States Veteran who now works as a registered nurse. I am a mother of 4 and I have never stolen anything in my life nor have I been accused of it. The store was very crowded at that time and she left all those customers inside while she came outside to accuse me of taking $1.58 worth of drinks. I am not a thief but would I buy 4 drinks never leave the store and steal 2 more? I live in this area and I am embarrassed. All the people in the store and all the people at the pumps now think I am a thief. I don't even want to go back into the store again because now I am going to be closely monitored. Is that cashier going to review the video to see that I am not a thief or am I going to go back in the store and she says, 'that's the lady that took 2 drinks". I live in this neighborhood, am I going to be at a local store and people say, " that's the lady that took those 2 drinks". While she was chasing me outside, did a real thief seize the opportunity to steal? This Circle K has lost my business and I will let people know about my experience so that I won't be labeled as the lady who took 2 drinks.

on Saturday evening on June 1st 2019 about 530-6pm I went to the store on 6485 E Golf Links Rd in Tucson AZ. Myself and my Girlfriend go to this store almost every single day sometimes twice a day to purchase cigarettes and coffee. On this trip I was denied to purchase the same items that we buy sometimes twice a day because 20 mins prior to my arrival somebody had a expired id and asked to but cigarettes. The two people in front of me both purchase cigarettes without a problem. I would understand if I was somebody who never buys cigarettes or somehody who isn't there everyday. But the fact that I am always there and I always purchase cigarettes and I am not some kid I am a 35 year old man and I work closely with law enforcement which they are aware of this as I come in wearing my uniform. I felt the need to make circle k aware of this guy and his actions with his power Trip. This is the same guy who is always hitting on my girl friend when she goes in alone and after this situation not only do I feel uncomfortable going into this store but my girlfriend feels the same way and I am not ok with her not feeling safe going to a store that is walking distance from our home..I feel maybe there should be some common sense training if their is anything that could help this, but to deny a regular to purchase the same items I purchase every day from the same location for nearly a year over somehody else being there 20 mins prior to my arrival having a expired id is non sense
unfair work environment
Manager put employees on overnight shifts that don't do overnights at all because we couldn't come in on off day so she got mad saying she will count ppl hours the schedule was already made before putting the new one up, so she felt like it was a need to do and one of her employees is stealing people change constantly, I am a customer overhearing well overheard her talking bout it to another employee about the overnights and that's is truly unfair and I feel like that's not how a manager should do her employees it is unprofessional on amount of reasons

These inconpadent people you have employed are useless and they allow people to loiter and lots of trash in this facility very rude made me waste my rewards and would not give me my free rewards they said to go to another circle k when the app only gives 5 minutes another thing they do not maintain a level of respect and cleanlyness im a neighbor and everyday i have to pick up trash from my front yard. Today June 1st 2019 I witnessed a manager of a Circle K corporation in Corpus Christi Texas at the location of Baldwin and Crosstown Publicly post surveillance photos of a man on Facebook she assumed was stealing from her store she then began to Described the man as stealing from her store or assumed he was a thief There was no crime committed on this date so why is she posting this man's photo without his knowledge and then publicly bashing him not to mention any other person who commented on her post I will upload screenshots and I really hope not to see this person at this location again I frequent this thought often and she is not very nice sometimes There was no crime committed there was no officers involved so why is she publicly shaming this person as a manager of the corporation and being on a time clock at the same time is not professional at all. Again this raises a very serious cause for concern not only her safety everybody else in that store safety and the person she named in the photos safety. It's not the right thing to do as a manager. Im sure there are company procedures in place. And this most definitely is not one. If she can talk very bad and disrespectful about this person I wonder what else she can get away with.
A store manager in corpus Christi is stating she will send a thief to a customer's house to steal his personal belongings because she made a Facebook post in which she was not supposed to make via Company Policies. Local law enforcement will be contacted and taken to her job to address this issue shes having with customers. Location Baldwin/Crosstown corpus Christi TX she is taking things to far now.

I went to my local circle k in Carthage ny on 5/29/19 and ordered 3 large pizzas. Arriving home the pizzas had no sauce and tasted funny. We called the store and they made us 3 more that was just as bad. At this point I took it as a loss and went else where. Today 5/30/19 i stopped in and picked up a quart of milk. I opened it and upon taking a drink it tasted funny. When i looked at it there was mold around the inner part of the carton and it outdated 3 days ago. This is not the first time getting outdated food there. Most of the time I count it as a loss and go else where. I from here on out will most likely be going elsewhere. We are usually daily customers sometimes multiple visits a day but the frequency of bad service and bad product is getting ridiculous. I just wanted to inform you I'm not the only one in town that has had the issues among other issues and have started using the local Stewart's around the corner. This is going to eventually hurt your business in a small town like this.

An employee named Tara in your boothbay circle k has been extremely rude to me and rude to my girlfriend cheyanne holy whom also works in the store she burnt a pizza that I bought and the manager gladly gave me a refund yesterday once Tara heard her say she would give me the refund she lost her mind saying "this is [censored]" and calling me "childish" in front of other customers she is now being hostile with my girlfriend her coworker over it calling cheyanne a "[censored] in front of customers this is not how business should be done especially since I frequently this store multiple times daily me and my girlfriend should not have to deal with hostility like this immediate temination should be seriously considered this employee also calls out frequently due to hang overs because she parties after work and claims she is such the next day..
workers talking/laughing not waiting on customer
while waiting to pay for gas and drinks two of your employees were talking ignoring customers waiting to pay for items. Very rude laughing and talking while people wait.I started to drop the drinks and walk out. I won't be going to the Robeson Street, Fayetteville, N.C. store again. I know this doesn't mean much but I would like to know if my employees were ignoring my customers.

Murfreesboro Tn around 5:10 PM on May 25th 2019 I had long altercation with employee at a Circle K address 1702 S. Rutherford all because she refused to serve me because my id was available to her and I pointed out where my birthday is because she was having hard time looking for my information and told me to get out the store which I refused because I'm a customer so I went over to other register with other employee that was being rude also because she should've tried to calm the employee down because as a black man I felt she was being racist and I told her that so I was given the middle finger also my daughter was called a [censored] which she is only 15 years old. And the employee did say people like me which made me feel yes indeed BLACK people. I also sent this video to different locations and news feeds and I will be pursuing legal advice because this was very uncomfortable for my daughter and myself and then to be told you're calling the police on me like I'm a black man that didn't do anything but we know how that makes me feel so I'm writing this to inform.

Monday, May 27th at 10:03 am, I called the store on Audelia Road in Dallas, TX with a simple question and the lady who answered, who made it perfectly clear that she was the store manager, was very rude... Didn't want to answer my question. She just wanted me to know that she was the store manager. I told her I would call back later when someone not so rude would answer the phone and she hung up on me.

I have had many complaints with Circle K in the Charleston Area regarding cigarette pricing, but this is the 1st time submitting an online complaint
I was at 8700 Rivers Rd, North Charleston, SC this morning and saw signs in the parking lot and in store saying Marlboro packs were $4.46 per pack (when you buy 2)
I needed 4 packs and the cashier made me do 2 seperate transactions, which was fine, but both times I tried to type my phone number in for the savings and the screen was broken (push a button, a different character showed on screen) so the cashier put a number in for me, however, the packs rung up at $5.01 after discounts instead of $4.46
After paying, I said "I dont think that price is correct, seems like a lot of tax." When she gave me the reciepts, I saw it was wrong, and she shrugged and said "I dont do pricing."
How many more people have been taken advantage of that didnt pay attention at all?
It is not a lot of money ($2.40 total after tax) but I spent 15 yrs in Store Management in Retail and this is unacceptable, so please have someone conact me regarding this. I'm not sure if this is a Store pricing issue or a Cigarette Representative issue of putting incorrect pricing on their products; either way, it needs to be fixed.

Visit same time daily 6:15-6:30 pm 17170 San Carlos blvd Ft Myers Beach. When Jeff and tall short brown/ red hair are working, never have Coffee made, empty half & half 90% of the time, along with no greeting or proper uniforms. Jeff is very rude and always has an excuse for things...stated 32$ to make a pot of coffee to me! I know it costs less than 25 cents. No name tags worn by most employees, no upselling by any employee there, along with no exit slogan " take it easy". Usually people hanging around talking to employees, definitely not treated as well as other circle k stores I visit! The manager of this store must not take his job too seriously or watch the camera video to ensure staff performs to circle k standards. It's a great thing I am not a store shopper; they would definitely fail and no bonus for the manager or assistants. Probably should note the regional manager for this area is definitely slacking!
