Circle K overcharged after my purchase

I purchased three items from Circle K located at 3241 Camp Creek Pkwy, East Point GA, 30344. Item 1. CR K FVRITE EACH $1.69, OM LNCHBL PIZZ $2.99 and $1.69 LYS CLS ECH, Subtotal $6.37 & Tax .24 TOTAL $6.61 My Bank Statement reflects 9.95 a $3.34 difference. Invoice Number: 110449. Store Number: 4749156. This problem needs to be fixed. I believe this store accounting is suspicious along with the overpriced products throughout the store.

Circle K corporate office

I don't understand why this company can't pay there employees on time. My son hasn't gotten paid as of 10 12 17 and it is now 10 18 17 I've called the payroll department and angelina who clearly doesn't have any idea what she is doing and very rude and that's only when you can get her on the phone. But get this here's an idea for you fed ex the checks to the employees instead of them waiting over an week to receive there paychecks.

I visited the Canton store 4705387..my receipt was 433625, I was there at 11:22am. I asked the cashier BECKY about getting a Vape. Never have I been treated so rude and so mean. She said which one. I told her I wasn't sure because I had never bought one. She gets the step stool and literally slams it against the wall, comes down with 3 and threw them at me across the counter. I decided which one I wanted then she goes back upthe step stool and says 'something' about the nicotine, which I didn't understand.. she screams 5 or 3? I said 5... then again she tosses it at me across the counter. I looked at the other cashier and said, what the hell is her problem? She just shrugged her shoulders like all this was just normal. I should have just left. I will NEVER GO BACK I TO THAT STORE and you need to view the tape, I know there is a camera behind the counter. Worst service and attitude ever. I want a response.. What a terrible experience..

I don't understand why the downtown Bowling Green Ohio has to stay open until 10:00, when the north side closes at 9:00 and the East Store on Wooster St, closes at 8:00 and they have the traffic from the express way to deal with. Greg said he got a complaint from a customer about the downtown store closing at 9:45, so we can get our work done and be out by 10:00. How did that customer get his special number since all customers are to use the 800 number listed on the window of the store?

Circle K refill coffee

It was about 5 am in the morning. Circle k on fm 78 in San Antonio Texas. I always go and get my coffee. Ibadan refill with the same cup from yesterday I keep leaving my coffee mug on my desk at work. Didn’t think nothing of it I said it was a refill. He was gonna charge me for a refill until the manger intervened and said you can’t do that. I said why. She said we have to charge the same price I said even though I didn’t get another cup . She said yea . I said but its a refill she said I know do to health concerns cause it’s a steroform cup. If I bring a cup from home it’s ok. Which I can understand I never heard anything like this before from Valero, shell gas station, 711 or anything. But she was very rude to me and was arguing with me . She said If any employee told u anything. I said no. I need to do some retraining I told I think so. It was too early for this I won’t step foot back in that store probably any other circle k. Very disappointed with the attitude especially from the manger.

Circle K management/rt 59, plainfield, il and corporate

I went through the carwash, and it took off my rear windshield wiper, and told the management, who told me she can't do anything, and to either buy one yourself, its only $10, or get a receipt.

Well the attitude, at first as you can see. So I went to get the receipt, to find it was the arm, $40. So I handed her the receipt, and she told me she will contact corporate, and appropriate people, and to check back in a few days. I did, and she told me the same story, check back in few days, I did and again and again.

It got to be three weeks, and she told me she could do nothing, as it was up to corporate.

I did not let her get away with it the last time she said it, so I wanted dto go back and be real stearn and give my piece of mind, so she would see i was dead serious and I was not going to let them get away with this.

She though i was being rude, and I was laughing inside saying you have no idea.

I then found out while I was there that her boss and the marketing department was there. Why didn't she get them involved like any manager would do, and get it solved to help and please the customer.

I had to go to her boss, I was so pissed. While I was there earlier that she did not tell me her boss was there. That is totally unethical.

Instead of heading it off, and having a great opportunity to get it done while her boss was there. She hid that from me, and I cannot tell you how wrong that is, as you are probably feeling as you are reading this.

Anyways her boss, told me it takes a bit, and do to worry everyone knows, and you will get it done.

Well I kept calling corporate customer service, because until its taken care of its still not.

Finally I get a phone call from one of the corporate ladies who heads the customer service issues, and she re insured me she apologies, and why was this not on her desk a long time ago, and that he was out sick the last week, and so she would take responsibility.

She got the store number, talked to the manager, got the receipt, and told me she would handle it, called me back, got my address and said the check is in the mail.

Well you know what . No check. Its been another two weeks, as she said it would be there within a fed days. Baring the holiday we were approaching, and still no check. Un freakin believalble

Never seen anything like it. I can't wait to talk to somebody up top about this, really really, really ad company

Circle K being cheated at the register.

I recently went to my neighborhood circle k a few less than 40 minutes ago. I made a transaction purchasing 3 items one item purchased with a coupon at the register, the attendant over charged me, gave me an attitude when I asked about getting a copy of my receipt and refused to give me a receipt regarding my transaction stating they could not find it. I informed her that I had been at the store not event ten minutes since I made the transaction, she then stated there was nothing I or she could do to fix this. This not the first time this has happened and I am now greatly questioning the integrity of the CIRCLE K franchise as a whole.

Circle K boost mobile refill for 55$

I made a boost mobile transaction for 55$ i never received the services i was told by the assistant manager no refunds on refills but my services were never rendered it has been 24hours and still no phone service i also contacted boost mobil and they still dont see a transaction coming up as well. Circle K circle k employee rude behavior

I was mistreated by a Circle K employee. The Circle K is located in the north-east corner of McClintock and Guadalupe rd. The employee name is Heather, I don’t know her last name (I asked for her last name but she didn't want to give it to me).
The incident happened today 10/14/17 at the Circle K store, the time was between 6 and 7 pm.
I walked into the store and I had my 2 dogs with me since I have been walking, I wasn't sure if they would be allowed but I thought maybe I could buy the lottery before they closed. I didn't have my car near me.
When I entered the store, there was a couple at the register, and I got in line behind them. At that point Heather told me that I had to get out of the store because of the dogs. She wasn't polite at all and didn't even gave me a second to talk to her. I was about to leave but I let the couple to get ahead of me, she maybe thought I was taking too long leaving and insisted telling me to get out of her store, again not in a nice way, at that point I told her in a louder voice, but not yelling, to please be nicer and just give me some respect since I was already leaving, she started yelling to me as I headed out. It was uncalled for, even the couple that was inside before though, that was a very unpolite way to treat a customer.
I went home and came back to the store after 7:30 PM because I wanted to get the name of the employee that mistreated me so I could tell management. Her name she told me was Heather and I asked her last name and she didn’t want to tell me. I told her I was going to fill a complaint and she told me, again not in a nice way about dogs not allowed in the store. She walked next to me (I was near the exit door) and asked me for my name, to which I told her I don’t have to tell her since I am a customer, and she seemed to get upset and told me to leave the store, she was about to push me out, but changed her mind and told me she was going to call the police. I told her ok, let me do it for you and started looking at the number on my phone, but she went behind the register and called the police (at least that is what I think). She told the person on the other line that there was a person in her store that was refusing to leave and she said that I was yelling at her (that is not true, you can look at the tapes), I never yelled at her, then she gave my description to the person on the line, like if I was doing something wrong and she was reporting a troublemaker or probably a criminal. I waited about a minute and left the store since my purpose of going there was to her name and also tell her that she was very rude. If she called the police she then made a false statement since I never yelled at her and I was about to leave the store since I was done with the purpose of my visit there.
Right now, I don’t feel going back to that store anymore, which is sad since we always buy gas there and lottery, it is very convenient for us, but, this employee mistreated me and I want management to be aware of this. I don’t want other people to be mistreated also. She didn’t have any regards for me or for the couple that was inside the store when I went there with my dogs.

Circle K lottery scratch off $10 ticket

I bought a scratch off about an hour ago. I wanted a Bluegrass Blowout ticket, I looked, they sold them so I told the cashier I wanted one. As soon as she sat it on the counter, I said what is that, that's not the one I want. She then tells me that ky lottery changes the look of the tickets, I didn't think something was right but I did go on and take the ticket. When I got home I looked online, this is not the ticket I wanted at all or what was pictured in the case. I think this ticket should be advertised, this is a completely different ticket. I took it back, this ticket is very old, so she says we don't have the new one, something I should have been told before the purchase!

Circle K cigarettes

GEARLANN Weston lunsford of north Carolina circle k s.main st steals product on camera, scratch off tickets and she gave her daughter cigarettes and white owl grape blunts free majority of the time I go in at 12am sometimes and she is really rude and up tight to certain customers I saw her call the police on some homeless man because he asked a customer for a 1$ to eat

Circle K it's a female she's working I think 3rd shift and her name tag says corinne

It was about it was about 10:15 around Monday night I seen the female walk over to the vehicle and it was a black African American playing the music pretty loud lot of Bass couldn't hear him really but I could actually see what they was doing inside their vehicle she purchased some weed it wasn't anything small it was a pretty good amount I would say she actually had time to come over and talk to me and I smelt it

Circle K food spoilage, cooler doors empty but plenty of stock to fill

Food on Roller grill was from breakfast time, i was a customer at 1130pm. Never changed all day, went to purchase some 20oz. Bottles of Pepsi products, but the door was completely empty, i looked inside the cooler and there were hundreds of bottles of what i needed. No one would stock the cooler door for me to purchase. This has happened on several occasions, prepacked food outdated, coolers constantly empty, and bathroom filthy urine all over the toilet, trash can over flowing.

Circle K store manager

I happen to go by your store today in Midland city and I notice the store manager was acting strange and was up set and talking to her co-workers about what was bother her well I over heard her say I have a pistol on me at all times and I will shoot who ever bothers me it's that simple now with that being said it's a violation if companys rules for her to have that pistol up there period and she needs to be fired before she goes crazy and shoots someone

Circle K missing a cig in a recently opened pack

Missing all the cig down to the filter 2nd pack this week that's been like this getting mad you should really up the game and make sure that your Packers and or machine is packing them right because I'm not gonna continue to buy your cigs if this is the case but I like your brand of cigs and would like you all to resolve this issue with your merchandise

Circle K unprofessional store manager julie @900juan tabo ne albuquerque nm 87111

When I entered the store Julie was speaking to Co-worker Ron who was behind the cash register and saying very rude insults to him saying that he "... was not going to bring this store down and make it ghetto..." and more but I don't remember what else specifically she said then walked out of the store. When she came back in I was paying and on my way out i advised her my opinion of how I don't think she should talk to her employees in that manner in front of customers especially. And she rolled her Eyes and as I was walking out she replied that "I should mind my own ducking business "... I am very offended by Julie's actions and felt the need to make. Circle K aware of how your management is treating its employees as well as its customers.

Circle K debit card denial

I canceled out a wrong button on the gas pumps, unfortunately causing a red flag with my bank. Due to this they put a hold on my card, i got that worked out and long story short they sent me a new card. Well now a month and a half later i can not use my debit card in any circle k in ocala fl. It keeps coming up denied even when i use my pin number on a purchase. My bank is even confused on why this is happening. What steps should i take now?

Circle K assistant manager

The first night i went into the store and bought some items and i leave out the store i immediately return to purchase a black and middle. Another employee was handling the sale and the assistant manager walks over and refuses the sale because he said i was purchasing the samething a guy he refused earlier because of a i.d situation... Second time was tonight on oct 4 l, 2017 at 7:00 p.m i come in to the store to buy a flat wrap he asked for a i.d i said i am known here and there was a employee that knows me and he still refused so i return home and get my i.d and come back. I came in and went back into line and ended up back with him so i come up and ask if he was ready to service me and i get my i.d ask him to check the i.d to make sure that i am in fact over 18 and he then says i am being rude and refuses me again and also made sure the other employees wouldnt sale to me neither

Circle K service/ car wash

On 09/05/17 I fueled my car with gas and purchased a car wash for $10.00 dollars. Since then and until this evening, I stopped by to get my car washed however the wash machine was out and not working. As I only had 3 more days to use my car wash code, and the machine was still out, I asked to get my money refunded. I spoke first to a worker, her name was “Asia “ as I was told, she refused to give me refund as I need to speak to a manager and there were none at the time, she went on saying that I will never get any refund and I am making a big deal out of nothing, I spoke to a manager assistant named “Ashley “, I asked her to call the manager on the phone as I can’t leave work just to come during the day time, she allegedly spoke to the manager, his name is “Dean” and she claimed that he can’t speak to me and I have to come to meet him in person another time.
These people took my money for a service that they were not able to provide and are trying to give me hard time not to return my money back to me.
This is absolutely unacceptable and something needs to be done about it.

Circle K old coffee and disgusting bathrooms

I was at the circle k store at courtland and howland at 2:45 am on October 1st 2017, i wanted to purchase a hot cup of coffee the coffee was old and cold i asked when it was made i was told at 10 p.m the night before. I then went to the ladies room which was out of order so i went into the mens room which i found filthy and disgusting. Their was fieces all over the toilet and wall as well as urine all over the floor. I find these conditions completely unacceptable.

Circle K unprofessional behavior

My husband started working at a circle k store in Seymour, Indiana a week ago tomorrow. He was given one day of training and then the very next day, he was on his own. Then my husband gets up for work last night and is in excruciating pain. He has a long painful history of kidney stones. So he decides he is going to try and go into work and he does. When he gets there, he proceeds to call the manager that hired him and anyone that could help that is above her. She tells him that there is nothing they can do for him until about 4 in the morning. The manager in training that was to come in this morning was to be there at 5 anyways, so she comes in 45 minutes early. My husband calls me at work and tells me that he is being sent home, so I left my job to go get him. I arrive in the parking lot and the manager in training that came in 45 minutes early comes out of the store, walks up to my vehicle and tells me to roll my window down. So I did just that and when I did, this girl has the nerve to tell me that my husband is getting fired, that she needs someone strong to take over this shift when she leaves, that he has an attitude that needs to stop (which by the way, she was asked to give examples and could not think of anything in which resulted in actual attitude), that she has already had some issues with him already...I took extreme offense to this and I am quite appalled that ANYONE would hire her as a manager. This is not manager behavior at all. I would not want someone like her to represent my company. My husband is an extremely hard worker, when given the chance. Which is what I replied with after she said everything that she said to me. I explained to her that he has literally lost every job he has ever had because of the kidney stones that he has had to deal with. That we have been to SEVERAL doctors and have gotten no answers and to just give him a chance and she walked away.

My husband just went in a little bit ago because he was going to go back in tonight, but he wanted to tell his side of what happened to the manager that hired him and she told him not to come back.

I am not saying that anyone should be fired, but you should know that you have lost two loyal costumers and an EXCELLENT employee of circle k because of this.

Circle K employee treatment

As of this date 9/29/2017 There are two managers at Circle K in Coolidge Arizona that are scheduling my daughter to work for 2/ 3hr. shifts and will not give my daughter more hours unless she agrees to be available 24/7 to come in to work. I believe there is a law against this. They (marketing manager and the made to go manager) get mad at her for not being awake at 9 am to take their calls so she can be called into work instead of being scheduled and told her that's how she (my daughter) gets more hours so my daughter asked for a transfer that was eagerly approved by the made to go manager of the Superior store and was denied by the marketing manager of the Coolidge store saying that she had to move to the town of Superior before she could be transferred, this is not true. She then stated that she( Marketing Manager) needed to hire more employees before she (my daughter) could transfer but turned around and said she (my Daughter) was not good enough to transfer to another store. This manager also stated that because my daughter was not willing to go work at yet a third separate store to "use initiative and clean it up" that she did not deserve to transfer. My daughter was sent to this third separate store in Casa Grande, Arizona previously to cover shifts. The store was in disarray and had expired food on the shelves for sale to customers and spent the entire shift cleaning and restocking the food in a store she was not hired for; she did not want to go back because of the state of the store. These are personal attacks against a young unknowledgeable dedicated employee. I personally heard the whole conversation via speaker phone. A person cannot live on 6-10 hours of work per week. Is this how Circle K treats all of their employees~ not in Coolidge, Arizona. P.S. It should also be noted that the marketing manger in Coolidge, AZ refused to give my daughter the number for Human Resources when she (my daughter) stated she was wanted to file a grievance and needed to contact Circle K Human Resources.
