Circle K audelia store in dallas, tx store manager

Monday, May 27th at 10:03 am, I called the store on Audelia Road in Dallas, TX with a simple question and the lady who answered, who made it perfectly clear that she was the store manager, was very rude... Didn't want to answer my question. She just wanted me to know that she was the store manager. I told her I would call back later when someone not so rude would answer the phone and she hung up on me.

Circle K pricing

I have had many complaints with Circle K in the Charleston Area regarding cigarette pricing, but this is the 1st time submitting an online complaint
I was at 8700 Rivers Rd, North Charleston, SC this morning and saw signs in the parking lot and in store saying Marlboro packs were $4.46 per pack (when you buy 2)
I needed 4 packs and the cashier made me do 2 seperate transactions, which was fine, but both times I tried to type my phone number in for the savings and the screen was broken (push a button, a different character showed on screen) so the cashier put a number in for me, however, the packs rung up at $5.01 after discounts instead of $4.46
After paying, I said "I dont think that price is correct, seems like a lot of tax." When she gave me the reciepts, I saw it was wrong, and she shrugged and said "I dont do pricing."
How many more people have been taken advantage of that didnt pay attention at all?
It is not a lot of money ($2.40 total after tax) but I spent 15 yrs in Store Management in Retail and this is unacceptable, so please have someone conact me regarding this. I'm not sure if this is a Store pricing issue or a Cigarette Representative issue of putting incorrect pricing on their products; either way, it needs to be fixed.

Circle K customer service

Visit same time daily 6:15-6:30 pm 17170 San Carlos blvd Ft Myers Beach. When Jeff and tall short brown/ red hair are working, never have Coffee made, empty half & half 90% of the time, along with no greeting or proper uniforms. Jeff is very rude and always has an excuse for things...stated 32$ to make a pot of coffee to me! I know it costs less than 25 cents. No name tags worn by most employees, no upselling by any employee there, along with no exit slogan " take it easy". Usually people hanging around talking to employees, definitely not treated as well as other circle k stores I visit! The manager of this store must not take his job too seriously or watch the camera video to ensure staff performs to circle k standards. It's a great thing I am not a store shopper; they would definitely fail and no bonus for the manager or assistants. Probably should note the regional manager for this area is definitely slacking!
Watch your store videos for verification of my statements.
My wife manages for circle k in another district of Ft. Myers, so I am very well aware of how and what circle k store and employee policies are. PLEASE FIX THIS STORE, I had to go to 7-11 for coffee way to much lately!

Circle K employees

I spend a lot of money in your store the manager James told me that I'm not aloud in the store said I stole orange tic tacs a year and a half ago and said I couldn't be in the store he has told me this one other time but last time he said I stole gum but that was 6 months ago he has the wrong person his time is off and what I "stole"is different I spend a lot of money in your stores and I am very offended Me and all my friends will have to go somewhere else if this doesn't get resolved

Circle K manager sitting down talking on the phone and disrespectful

Went in to buy a donut and soda and cigars I'm 55 yrs old and I stated this too her she then said so what I then told her I don't have to show ID because I'm clearly over 40 and federal law states if I'm over 40 I don't have to show my ID she then became very rude and disrespectful and told me to leave the store because I ask for her GM number so I can call them doing this whole incident she stayed talking on the phone and sitting on a milk crates at the cash register and this happened at the store located at 3540 Richland ave west circle K on Jefferson Davis hwy across from Walmart Aiken SC. 5/22/2019
around 8: 35 am I ask for her name and store number but she wouldn't give it to me at no time did she stand up or hang up her cell or stop the conversation with her girlfriend while I was trying to communicate with her she definitely has poor customer service and doesn't act like she was representing the standard set by Circle K . I'm sure your company doesn't encourage personal cell phone use on company time and on the front register where you are dealing with customers .thank you and I would appreciate a response from your company thank you . Circle K one of your employees “tiasha”

Every time I come in the store she is on her phone loud talking. Never paying attention, she's always being rude and trying to sell every customer that walks in the "paparazzi" jewelry she sells. It gets annoying when I come in for gas and coffee and every time she is always on her phone taking pictures or live on social media. I have already complained to the store manager and nothing so now I'm online complaining if something isn't done to solve this I'm forced to use another gas station and so will all my friends and family. It's ridiculous to get hassled by the homeless for money then u wall into the store to purchase stuff and you're being hassled by an employee that's loud rude and soliciting her jewelry

Circle K the unprofessional behavior of the two people working in the store

On may the 18th, at 11:05 am, I went into the circle k to get a hershy bar, took two to the counter and the African american woman charged me the regular price for both candy bars, I said to her that the sale sticker states that one candy bar is one dollar when you pay full price for the first one; while this is going on she had an unprofessional demenor towards me and with her it happens each time I come in the store, anyway, she opens her register and give me a dollar, but no receipt; again the unprofessional behavior she is exhibiting. The man, who is hispanic, or a lightskin black male also behind the counter standing next to her, was looking in my face and laughing the entire time while she was talking to and treating me like trash; again this isn't the first time she has shown unprofessional behavior towards me; I have done absolutely nothing to this woman to cause her to act the way that she does. After my item was paid for I just walked out the door and decided to file a complaint because I am within walking distance of the store and get odds and ins from there often, but I should not have to tolerate this kind of behavior from people who work directly with the public. I hope that you will look into this matter as soon as possible and going forward when I do go back to circle k, I will ask for assistance from someone other then the two people that I am writing about andif they are the only two there I will just leave and return when someone working there treats the customers with respect. thank you. Circle K over all store and product

Lakeland fl is where my complaint is for store is always dirty polar pop area always dirty understocked taste either carbonated or always out they had one good manager there she transferred to the memorial Blvd and chestnut rd store and now this store is crap please fix this store use to be a nice store but now not so much I dont know the store number but it's the corner of Galloway and old Kathleen rd

Circle K froster

I got home and noticed there was a piece of metal/mirror in my cup . I took it back they only offered a replacement. I asked them to inspect The machine and give me an explanation as to where it may have come from. He said most likely from the stack of cups - Disappointed and scared a child may have gotten a piece . I have included a couple of photos . Circle K - how is this possible ?

Circle K everything

Hello I am writing to you in regards that the soda machine is always dirty never any cups or lids on the counter. Every week when they have there free stuff on wednesdays I never get to receive it this has been on going for months also the pizza and roller items I have purchased are never cooked or always burnt and on roller grill for too long they are never replaced even when I say something about it. Please help I was told to email and you could make things rught I am a loyal customer in the store multiple times a day. I never receive my 2.00 off either

Circle K I worked at circle k loved my job all customers loved me was always on time

Well a guy on 3rd shift always came in hour late every day well came in I'll one day a couple wanted to no if we had Marlboro methanol cig I said no he slammed register an said till they fire this [censored] I'm done talking about me my husband was there to pick me up my husband said why did you disrespect my wife and he treating my husband said I get off at a 11 meet me out back we will take care of it so I went in next day new manger Deana store 3192 fire me for no reason so I'm getting me a lawyer cause there was no reason why I should have gotten fired an everyday someone I no gos in that store they tell them lies to why I'm not there no more an the first 3 day she had it were I couldn't sign in wen I arrived an left so had write on paper I work 47 hour an only got 253 that not right at all I call up there she want talk to me she must got paid for my hour cause the first 3 day I had log in her name it's not right I want my job back so my lawyer is taken this case cause she had no reason to fire me it's on camera an 3 customer that were there have it as well an well be my witness an people that go in there daily will tell you what all they say they have no right to say anything about me an lie about reason im not there something needs to be done someone need to call me I have tried 4 day in row to get ahold of corporate

Circle K panhandling/ being harassed

I try to stop at this store twice A-day once in the morning once in the evening. Every single time anyone stops there they are bombarded by panhandlers begging for money they will even follow you into the store asking you for money. something really needs to be done as dar as security or managing the store a little better. the clerk or clerks that are all working do not force them to leave. I have heard numerous people say they will not go back to this particular store which is on Manhattan boulevard and West bank expressway in Harvey, Louisiana. I am about at that point myself as for is not returning. Considering the money you guys are losing by customers refusing to go there you could easily pay management to control the situation it is completely out of hand.

Circle K cashier

My husband works for circle k on Georgesville road in Columbus Ohio. His name is Aaron humphries. He is selling cocaine to female employees and cocaine and weed out of that location and his friend Keith who works out of the hall and Norton rd location. He brought a female employee to our house and our 7 year old son saw her using cocaine. I flipped out on Aaron and he said he is trying to get them all hooked and they have been prostituting one. I am not ok with this behavior and have broken all ties with him. The Franklin County sheriff are also aware as well as human trafficking division. Check on your employees and do drug test. It's sad that this is happening under management.

Circle K employees refusing to change empty pop for fountain machine

I come to this circle k everday. Sometimes 2/3 times a day. Every evening the ladies working will not change the diet coke because "it is too heavy" and they are both apparently on weight restrictions. If someone is limited they need to have a staff member on site that is not. So your gas station is losing out on polar pop sales because they refuse to change it for entire shifts at a time. Not because it's out of stock. I know when I worked at the gas station we did a lot of fountain pop sales. I also know it's not difficult to change. I offered help which I understand I am not an employee and get the risk of that. This has happened on many occasions and that is why I am finally making a complaint. It makes me want to consider taking my business elsewhere. Just ridiculous and lots of money loss because they refuse.

Circle K no bathroom.

I stopped at store # 2722106 in Orlando, Florida. I stopped to get food, gas, and drinks . I was told that both bathrooms are out of order. Neither bathroom had an out of order sign on it. Since i could not wash my hands I could not pump gas or eat. If a reatail location that serves food does not provide a bathroom it is a code violation and I will be reporting this location today.

Circle K pricing error

I enter Circle K for my daily two beer quench. As usual, the immovable price on the shelf in front of the cans of Heineken says "2 for $5.00". I get to the register and as usual, they ring up 2 for $5.50, plus tax. I point this out and the kid keeps on insisting I cant count . I take him back to the shelf and he says the beer is in the wrong spot. I remind him that the Heineken been in that spot for at least 2 months. He wont budge. I tell him he's committing fraud and I tell him he can expect a visit from Arizona Department of Weights and Measures. He threatens to call the cops and orders me out of the store. Am I making a mountain out of a mole hill? No. You can't advertise an item at one price and then charge %10 percent more at the register. There are laws against this sort of thing. Besides, I've been pointing this scanning error out for over two months and saved myself over $30.00. All the other clerks agree and charge the shelf price. Bottom line, Circle K has had over 2 months to correct the scanning error. I think a visit from AD of W and M is in order.

Circle K poor customer service

I visit a Circle K store around 2-3 times every single day and today was the first time that I have been disappointed enough to submit a complaint. I went in to store #2703398 at 8:58pm to grab a Sweet Tea that your stores typically have brewed throughout the day. I went to get mine and the sweet tea container was empty. I go up to the register to let the employees know and received a hands up, shoulder shrug from a gentleman by the name of Morgan that they were out. I asked them if they could then make more because it doesn't take long to make and I would be fine waiting for it because it's my favorite. He says, no, we're out. Ok, no biggie, it's not the first time and I am perfectly capable of adding sugar to your regular tea in order to make my own sweet tea and then found that even that one was empty. It was already annoying that instead of Morgan apologizing for not having sweet tea available or trying to offer an alternative, when I told him that both black teas were out he just left the empty containers on the counter because he was too busy talking with the other employee that was working with him. I usually have a great experience at all of your stores and this was such a silly thing for him to be so complacent about. He should be taught how to deal with replenishing items or at least taking containers off the counters so customers don't think there is something available that isn't.

Circle K poor management

Hello, this is my 2nd time coming to the circle k in north charleston 5302 rivers avenue. Store #3691 i believe.
This incident was two days ago on the 8th around 12:30. there was a older Caucasian big guy at the register and i was in a VERY LONG LINE that led to the BACK of the store.( no exaggeration) there was a manager in a black shirt caucasian lady with blonde curly hair.. She was counting ciggarettes. Why wasnt she assisting in getting the customers taken care of? Poor management! After waiting about 20 mins, i was served and left. Today which is the 10th. Same deal...a long line! One young blonde Caucasian male was on the register while the same manager and another african american employee was outside right by the door smoking cigarettes! Unacceptable! Customers in line with me saw this and was complaining along with the guy at the register. This makes me NOT want to come back to this store even tho gas is cheap here. Very poor customer service. I will not be returning. The picture isnt the best. But they are outside while there is a very long line.

Circle K employee

The store on beltline and pioneer pkwy grand prairie. Saw one of your employees standing by the car wash smoking marijuana (it was definitely marijuana) she had her uniform on and name tag said Arianna and heard her reply to a conversation on her phone saying her manager knew she smoked and that her manager smoked too. So so unprofessional and not to mention against the law...will not return to that store ever again.

Circle K soda machine

What is up with the all in one soda machine? I stop weekly at the 15720 San Pedro location in San Antonio TX because they still have the single all in one soda machine, and therefore Vanilla creme soda. But not today! Both said unavailable. Is it discontinued or just out?

Also, if it's just out, what other locations have vanilla creme soda? If it's discontinued I might as well go back to 7-11 that's more convenient.
