We have 3 Lease vehicles with Chrysler Capitol;
1) I have I have not received a bill since Feb 2026. As of today 6 August 2026, I have made 4 calls requesting a paper bill to be mailed to my house. I was told today a team will look into it and call me back.
2) I have had 4 late payments of $35 each applied to my account yes my printout and their records show payments received on time. Today I get a text BILL 5 DAYS PAST DUE. and they want $1.502.96 on a monthly bill that is only $631 they told me rest are late charges? I called them again today 6 August 2026, they tell me a review department will look into it and e mail me findings, "that's what they told me last month"

Desired outcome: I want all 4 last payment fee removed as I have copies and shared the payment date
