Choice Home Warrantynon payment of work orders after we receive the authorization and authorization code to complete the work.

We have multiple workorders that are unpaid. We recieved the authorization code from the authorization department for a certain amount. Then over a month later we recieve a check for less than half that amount. When we call them to discuss it, they tell us that they changed the amount to there sugested cost. We have called multiple times and get the same answer. Now our account is on hold/ locked, and because of that we havent recieved any other payments for other invoices that have been submitted for payment. They owe us thousands of dollars.
