Chipotle Mexican Grill review: product that was delivered to my place of work was less than desirable

On Friday November 1st, my co-workers and I ordered Chipotle and had it delivered. One order was wrong in that it was missing two of the items that was requested and the other one was a burrito. The chicken in the burrito was was dry and salted to a level that made the product not edible. The entire burrito was thrown in the trash because it was cold, dry and over salted. The other order was also thrown away. My other co-workers ate their order with no complaints, but two out of five were trashed. I would like to request a refund for the two orders. Also, I think it is worth mentioning that this is the second time that we have been delivered cold food by Door Dash.
