On 04/30/2021 at 12:37pm, my granddaughter and I went to Chipotle in Arizona on Happy Valley Rd. The host was Dylan, order #184. We ordered a crisp taco and Barbacoa Burrito to go. There were two people working the line, a gentleman who started and a lady who completed. The first was rude and the second was being trained and obviously in need of help. The taco was a soggy mess and the burrito was so overloaded it could not be closed all the way and my granddaughter had to just dump it and eat it on a plate w/a fork. We are from Spokane and eat at Chipotle all the time there and have never had a problem, and I always get the taco and/or the burrito. I phoned the store and the person I s/w advised the manager directed me to this site to file a complaint since I am from out of town and could not make it back to the store to be reimbursed. This cost me $18.38!
I would appreciate some way of this being reimbursed.
