Hi,

My name is Callie Puleo and i submitted an online order to the Chipotle restaurant on Campbell Blvd in White Marsh, MD yesterday Nov 1, 2017.

The order was for $11.40 and I was charged twice to my debit card ending in xx3945. Please see attached photo for proof.

I would like this refunded immediately. For addictions information please reach me via email at [protected]@yahoo.com
