Chipotle Mexican Grill review: Charged for items we didn't get or order and chewy steak in steak, stale chips

We went to Chipotle last night (6:14pm) to get take out. My husband and I both got bowl and 2 bags of Chips with sauce. MY bowl was steak. IT was awful. The meat was full of connective tissue, so Chewy, I gave it to our dog. My husband git the Barbacoa Bowl. His was fine.
We also ordered 2 bags of Chips, with hot sauce. When we got home, we ate. The Chips were so stale, we could BEND them.
And to add insult to it all.. We were charged for chips and guac (which we did not get or order, and we were charged for a side order of guac which we did not order or receive.
Highly disappointed.. As we were really looking forward to trying out this newer chipotle location.
We would really like this resolved. Thank you.

ps. I would like to add that the two girls working the counter worked well and efficiently at knocking down the long line.. So kudos to them. One was named Teagan.

Desired outcome: we would like frembursed orcomped meals.. whichever.
