I purchased a flexible flight ticket. When it came to nearer the time fortravelling, I wanted to change my flight to the following week and customer service tried to charge me £1800 just for an administration change. I decided to not fly with the company and paid for a separate flight with Egyptian Airlines for just £400.
I have sent a complaint to the CEO and others and not one person has responded.
I will never fly with this company again, and the service is shabby.
