Rude service
I went in to the store yesterday, 5/2/2021 and had the worst experience I have had there. I needed a bigger size in a sandal I had purchased previously and was talked to in a way that someone in customer service should NEVER speak to a paying customer. As I loaded up with clothes I was purchasing, a woman came over and gave me the sandals back and said in a rude tome "I can't take these back, they have been worn. They have dirt all over them so I can't resell them". They had only been tried on in the house and immediately removed. They had no scuffs or foot marks in them, so obviously had NOT been worn! They had something on the strap, which I did not know was there and for all I knew it could have gotten there from riding around on my floorboard of my car for a week or I could have even bought them that way. The way she accused me of trying to return shoes that had been worn, and the way she spoke to me like I was just trying to screw her over or something. I believe her name was Julie and she needs a course in customer service!
Desired outcome: A size bigger in the desired sandals and an apology

Order not arriving on time
I am complaining because I ordered an Easter outfit for my child on March 24th and yesterday, March 30th I received an email that it was arriving that day, when I tracked the package it was in ironwood MI which is an hour away from me. I never received the package and when I called about it today, March 31st they said it was now in Maryland and I would receive it until Monday, April 5th, which is 12 says since I ordered it AND the day after Easter! I am extremely frustrated and disappointed that this happened! now I have very little time to try and find my son something to wear for Easter. I honestly would like something to be done about this. How stressful, frustrating and disappointing!
Desired outcome: Keep my items AND get a refund
Gift card
We received a gift card for $100 and when we went in to use the gift card on the website, it didn't work. When we called the Customer Service Repo told us the gift card was no longer valid because the store changed ownership. We are super disappointed to have lost out on $100 and would like to get the $100 back. Please reference gift card information under case # CU-393448.

Send a wrong item without a tag
I order couple set of uniforms for my son online and just received yesterday. The shipping is quick only if they are correct style that I order. Not only it is the wrong style (I especially order pull on, it is button) and there is no tag, the pants still has the plastic wire and tape that said size 7. I trid to exchange in the store but it doesn't have the pull on style I wanted. So, I try to return it to the store, the lady told me I have to call the customer service because there is no tag and it is wrong item. I researched around how to deal with this situation with Children's Place and all I find are complains after complains. It is the first time, they sent me the wrong item and with no tag. Now after reading all the reviews and my own experiences, I would double think about before I order anything from Children's place again.

I Usually shop online. I was surprised to visit your location in chandler Arizona (Premium outlets).
2 girls at the registers scrolling on their phones and did not even look up to acknowledge customer.
The store was dead but i had every intention of spending lots of money since the chidlrens place has great deals for my children.
I walked past the associates a few times but they were still glued to their phones.
I doubt they noticed I left. I did NOT buy anything at your store becuase i refuse to put my money in your register and not even exist in the stores.
Desired outcome: Hire people who are grateful that they are employed through this pandemic!
Rude manager before closing store
I just went to look quickly for my son for a specific item 5 minutes before the store was closed. I understand that if the schedule is until 7:00 pm that means the store is OPEN u til that last minute and after that no customer is allowed to get in.
I'm talking about the Children's Place at 210 Meadowland Pkwy, Secaucus NJ07094. Manager has been rude by saying to me that they're closed (6:55) and didn't answer politely to my question in regards to what I was looking at least to know they had it. However, she lost me as a customer in that specific store because it was not a pleasant receiving as a customer. I had to address this concern because I'm noticing more and more unprofessional customer service around and kinda getting tired of it.
Hope that this concern may be addressed and fixed.

order for girls zip hoodie
I placed an order in November (20th)? and my payment has gone through. I have never received the items. I ordered 2 tie dyed zip sweatshirts hooded for my granddaughter for Christmas. I have called many times and get the recording "we are too busy to answer now" and then they hang up. I also have sent an email and never received a response. I called a local store and supposedly she was sending corporate office something regarding my situation. I finally ordered another set of sweatshirts this week (2 different sizes) and again the payment has been posted but no other confirmation from Children's Place. This is a huge problem for me and I am so disappointed in this company/service. Please help me. And, their customer service is closed on Sat and Sun! May be they should take their lessons from AMAZON!

On 11/11/20, I shopped online and placed 14 items in my shopping bag. When I attempted to place the order, the site would not respond when I tried to pay with my Children's Place credit card. I spent 4 hours on the internet in the morning trying to resolve this issue because when I called the phone number on my bill I was informed they were closed for Veterans Day. I tried again after dinner and spent another 3+ hours trying to place the order. I had to select the items again because the shopping bag was empty when I logged on.
On Thursday morning I again tried to place my order and kept getting the same response. I then called and talked to Anna, Abi, and finally Diego. The first thing each employee did was to verify my info, there was no problem. Diego was the only helpful employee. He told me to use another Browser or another computer. I changed my browser and the order went through. I had to replace some items because I could not find them on the site. I thought great it only took me over 10 hours to place the order.
Around 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, 11/12/20 I received an email telling me my order was cancelled. I immediately called customer service and was told they did not know why the order was cancelled. I talked to Laura who again verified my info, and she could not say why the order was cancelled. She said if I wanted the items I would have to order them again. I said that was unacceptable and asked to speak to a manager. I then talked to Valentine, who said she was the Manager in Charge. She again verified my info and it was correct. She said my order was cancelled because the information on my order and the information they had was not the same. I explained that each person I spoke to verified my info and the only info I changed was my password because when I was online they asked me to change the password because the one I had was too old. Valentine told me she would escalate this upward. She said I should hear from someone within 10 to 14 workdays. I said this was unacceptable and asked her for the name of someone higher than her. She told me the corporate email address was "customerservicethechildrensplace.com" when I tried to send an email it said this was not a good address.
This issue is still unsolved and I don't know why my order was cancelled because on 11/01/2020 I made a payment which paid the account in full and I still have over a thousand dollars available for use.
At 5:12 p.m. I received an email from Laura telling me the reason my order was cancelled was "because it did not meet our criteria for online order processing and placement" I don't know what the criteria is for online orders because no one has yet to tell me.
my account would not be charged, but it may take 3-5 business to drop off of my card.
Accident in one of the children's place locations

I have used this card one time since I got it last year. The charge I made was $23.15. I made the purchase on 8/17 and tried to pay it off on 9/6. For whatever reason I was charged a return payment fee, even though the payment went through. I was then charged a 'late fee" on the return payment fee and then interest on that. All within a month. The company refuses to remove the charges so I made a dispute through them and cancelled my card.

I got an email saying your order has arrived! Wrong. Not here it has it shown up.
On oct. 5, 20 finally an email message saying I am case i-988417 and soon a rep. Will get back to me. Not yet, no phone call, mail or email and no delivery of order they said was sent to me. I spend a ton of $ on clothes for my grandchildren at this place. Please help!

Store pickup
I went to the store in Memorial city mall Houston Tx 77083. 09/28 to pick up 2 orders. The clerk told me that I only had one. I saw two bins by the counter filled with orders and she didn't even check them. I was online today and it said "pick up order 09/27 to 10/01" I'm very upset because I was there in the store within that timeframe! I called the store today(09/29) and the clerk said that it was there and come pick it up, no apology.
I do shop a lot at this store for my grandkids . I don't drive, so I have to get a ride to go back to the store. Order No. [protected]

Product and service
I made a purchase via online on august 27, 2020, order # [protected], which I never received. The tracking shows that it was delivered to my front porch but the post office delivered it to the wrong address and they have been trying since september 4th to retrieve it and deliver it to me. Now the postal inspector is getting involved. In the mean time, I was told to contact the children's place and have them reissue the package and that they will be reimbursed shipping via the post office. Today I was told by a supervisor that I need to contact my credit card company to have them refund me my money, when all I want is the jacket and the school shirts that I ordered for my daughter. It is not my fault that I did not receive my package and I should not have to go this route to get some sort of responsible answer. I still don't have what I paid for. I am highly pissed about the service that I received from children's place and now I am at the point of not buying anyhting else from this store.

My name is Niamey Diawara. I have been a loyal customer for well over 10 years. I do all my "Back to School " shopping at your company every year for my 3 children on top of my regular shopping there.
Today, right around 2:30-ish, I was at your store in Wrentham, MA, with my older daughter (12 year-old), my 5 yr-old son and my 3-year-old niece. We were in line outside for about 20 mins and inside for about 10 mins. This is when the 3 yr old started jumping because she wanted to pee so badly. The woman at the cashier called one of her colleagues (an African-American) to see if she could help the little girl because she couldn't hold it anymore. This rude person responded by saying "No" that she can't do it because of the store policy. So the cashier who was ringing my items told me to take my niece to a public restroom one block away and that she will keep an eye on my items. So I took my niece to the bathroom. When I came back, this stupid lady confronted me outside stating that I have to be in the line outside again, that I cannot go back to finish ringing my items. There was another customer inside who was also waiting in line to ring her items and who overheard our argument, decided to give me her spot and left because she also unhappy about the way this evil was mistreating me. Even after that, she still told me that I could not take the lady spot. So I told her to go grab my belongings that was left with the cashier and she did that. If this person wasn't Black like me, I would blame it on racism. Your org doesn't need to have bad reputation because of an evil person like her. She has zero ethics.

Product never received
I placed an order back at the beginning of may using awards cash I received pajamas I ordered but never have received the rest of my order which is a 3 pack of different t-shirts for my grandson. Unauthorized attempt to use my credit card
Someone either inhouse or friend of a employee tried to use my credit card last night (5/27/20) to purchase $295.33 thank god I have a fraud alert, but this is ridiculous. I would like for someone to investigate this, and either find the employee or person who tried to do this. The transaction was 5/27/20... At 9:29 pm approximately... Order that was cancelled but I was charged for it with interest
I place an order n April 21 and used my place buck. The order was cancelled my Childrens Place with no explaination. I was told I would be credited for the amount and given $5 in rewards. I was not refunded but charged a late fee on top of the charge.
