Justice - Girls Clothes

I was lookin' for some cute clothes for my daughter and stumbled upon Justice - Girls Clothes. They had some pretty cool stuff and I was excited to order. But then I saw that they charged me 20 bucks for a return label when they advertised it as only 9.95. I was pretty ticked off, but they said they'd refund me the difference. Well, guess what? They didn't! Ain't that just the pits? I ain't gonna be shoppin' there no more, that's for sure.

So, I had to call customer service and they were able to help me out. The clothes are cute and my daughter loves them, but the prices can be a bit high. I do like that they have a lot of sales and promotions though. The website can be a bit slow at times, but overall it's easy to navigate. I wish they had more options for plus sizes though. Overall, I would recommend Justice for girls clothes.

I recently bought some clothes from Justice - Girls Clothes (shopjustice.com) and I gotta say, I wasn't too impressed. The clothes didn't fit right, and when I tried to return them, they made me pay for the return label! Like, seriously? That's just not cool. It made me feel like they didn't care about their customers at all. And honestly, it's just not worth the hassle to return something when you have to pay for the label. I don't think I'll be buying from them again. It's a shame, because I really wanted to like their stuff, but the sizing issues and return policy just turned me off. Maybe they'll improve in the future, but for now, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

So, I was trying to get some clothes for my niece as a Christmas gift, and I thought I'd give Justice a try. I placed my order on December 1st, and the company promised me that I'd get my items by December 10th. I was pretty excited about it, and I even told my niece that her gift was on its way.

But then, I got an email from Justice saying that my items wouldn't arrive until December 30th. I was so disappointed! I mean, what kind of company promises guaranteed delivery and then fails to deliver on time? It's not like I ordered anything crazy or out of the ordinary. It was just some regular clothes for a little girl.

I was really worried that my niece would be upset on Christmas morning when she didn't get her gift. I mean, what kind of auntie would I be if I couldn't even get her a present on time? I tried to explain the situation to her, but she's only six years old, so she didn't really understand.

In the end, I had to scramble to find a replacement gift for my niece. It wasn't as nice as the clothes I had originally ordered, but at least she had something to open on Christmas morning. I was really disappointed with Justice, though. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again anytime soon.

This company is just terrible. They don't care about their customers at all! They cancelled everyone's orders during the $2 sale and then turned around and put the same clothes on their website for a higher price. It's just not right. I will never shop with Justice again. They are just straight up trash and liars.

Justice is a store that sells clothes for girls. I have had a bad experience with their customer service. They charged me for an order that I did not place and they are not helping me cancel it. They just want to give me another gift card instead of refunding me. This is not good customer service and I am not happy with it. I will not be shopping at Justice anymore because of this. Their customer service is horrible.
