Children's Place

I had an injury to my toe in the Children's Place location in Oxon Hill, Md. The manager saw that I hit my toe on the edge of one of their racks because they had them too close together. She looked at me and moved the rack. The manager did not file or a report or ask if I needed any help, after she heard me yell I hit my toe and it hurts. I went to an urgent care and they treated me for Contusion of the toe. I contacted Children's place for 6 weeks straight, only to receive an incident number and informed that they have escalated my issue twice. I still have not received a call back and my toe is still bothering me.
