Chicken Express review: The fried chicken ( 1 comment)

Let me say that I love your chicken when it's not old and it's piping hot. Now when it sets under a heat lamp, the taste and the look of the chicken isn't very appetizing. The chicken becomes harder, discolored and colder. The best i've tasted is when it comes fresh out of the fryer. I've had a couple of those but for the rest of my orders, the chicken i've explained. Look, you have a wonderful product. It taste excellent and it has just the right amount of salt. The batter is so good, too. The meat is so good unless it sets under the heat lamps for awhile, then it's a problem. Just letting you know.
