Chicken Express review: Service and food quality

The night before thanksgiving my family and I decided to stop and get chicken.
The line was pretty fast but whenever I was supposed to recommend food I was told I had to wait 3 minutes and pull up.
Took about 25 minutes!
Our food wasn't fresh we had a large family meal our fries were old cold and family okra was definitely old and mash potatoes were cold
I didn't even want to ask for a manager because I felt they'd lie about everything
