Today, saturday the 26 at around 6pm I stopped by our ce to get fries and x-large sweet tea. I got to the window and got my order and drove around and parked assuming I would enjoy my items as I do almost everyday. To my surprise and dismay the fries were not crisy as usual and they were cold, like they had been sitting out for a while from under the light. The normally delishious tea was watered down and was not sweet! I immediately drove around to the drive thru again and told them what happened, the person on the speaker apologized and said to pull around and they would fix it. So I did... The fries were better but not like they usually are the 100 times I have been there to get them. The tea was a little sweeter but he brought out some sweet n low in case it wasn't sweet enough. I got about 5 miles down the road and there was not one flake of ice in the warm tea! Needless to say I was pissed!.. Now I want to tell you that everytime we go there and "brandi" (I think that's her name) is working everything is delishious and hot and the tea is perfect, everytime! You don't have to be a rocket scientist to know that if you pour hot tea on 3 tablespoons of ice it will melt at top speed! I am so disgusted with this order, first since it has been open here in livingston. Just had to tell someone! Thank you!

You should not drink an x-large sweet tea every day. This is very unhealthy. Chicken Express has a wide variety of healthy options that you could choose from if you wish to visit this often.
