Chicken Express review: Extra charge

We ordered a number 1 and they gave us a number two for 5 dollars more than what we originally wanted, then we told them that we ordered the number one and they told us they wouldn't change it. we would like a full refund of $18.27 and this happened on 04/19/2020 we do not want coupons because we will not be returning
