Chicken Express review: Complaining about the customer services I received

We we though the drive thru and was very disappointed with the Durant, OK Chicken Express they had packed our gravy very poorly that when we got home and pulled the gravy out of the bag the gravy was in the paper bag and it ripped cause it was soaked with gravy all at the bottom and made a huge mess on out table and floor. I called to complain and all they said was I'm sorry we can get u another one. Did Not consider the drive and the big mess that was caused. On top of all that they messed up our order we asked for biscuits instead of rolls. Of course they didn't offer to make it up to us the next time we come by just a I'm sorry.. I understand accidents happen I just felt like they should have handled it better. I won't be going to that chicken express anymore ever!
