Chicken Express review: Cold food

I went to Chicken Express Sunday night at 9:30. I ordered chicken and fries. The fries were hard and cold. The chicken was loop warm. I didn't check my food until I got home. That was my fault. If I didn't live so far away, I would have returned the food. This is very much unacceptable. I originally ordered fillets. They said it would be a seven minute wait. I see I should have stayed with my original order. Maybe at least the fillets would have been hot.
