I was admitted to St Luke Vintage Hospital on September 10, 2025 to September 13, 2025. I was sent an invoice from RMP Services LLC reference no [protected] via text message on June 19, 2026 stating I owe a balance of $600.00. The invoice had the address listed as 1406 Bell Shadow Ln Houston Texas 77038 which is incorrect because twenty-five years ago I lived at 1406 Bell Shadow Ln # A Houston Texas 77038 but my actual address is 9739 Rose Mist Ln Houston Texas 77038 which is listed on my driver license which administration took a copy of at my admission. My frustration is I called the billing office and was told that I need to reach out to the collection agency to correct the information and they are good to work with. She also gave me a telephone number to speak with the Manager at St Luke but of course I got a voice message. First of all as the collection agency told me that St Luke is the only one that can remove this from collection which is what I told the person in billing who was of no assistance. This never should have went to collection. My contact no is [protected]

Desired outcome: I need this removed from collection and resolved.
