Good afternoon my name is josue de jesús, i am a regular customer at chevron station located in 300 s atlantic blvd. Alhambra ca. At approximately 10:27 am, on 02/07/2026 i went to pump gas at the station i mentioned above.. I stationed my 2016 nissan sentra sr at pump 2. I used my phone tap to pay for the gas, as my transaction got approved to fuel i lifted the fuel gun without pressing the trigger. As i went on to press the grade i selected while the fuel gun on my left hand getting ready to stick the nozzle inside my car the fuel gun went off on its own without me pressing down on the gun to start fueling. No that pump was malfunction i went inside to explain to the clerk of the incident that just happened.. He was telling me i had the trigger pressed. Again i explained when inn that very moment the customer on pump one came inn and had the same incident only she cought her pump gun on time because she had told me she had seen what had happened as she was inside the store.. My skin is irritating, damages to my car due to the malfunctioning pump.. Please help
