Chevron

On July 10, 2019 I purchased diesel fuel from the Chevron station listed above. Not even a mile from the store my truck started losing power. When I pulled in the the yard my truck lost complete power and I was unable to start my engine. After further investigation of my own it qas found to be something other than diesel in the gas tank. I then went to the store location to try to talk to the store own and he didnt want to talk he asked me to leave the store. My wife contacted the Department of Agriculture and filed a complaint. She was told that an inspector would go out to the location within 24-48hrs to test the tanks. I was contacted there after and was rold that the tanks was in fact contaminated but wasn't sure with what substance but it wasn't diesel. I made a post on my personal social media and after that I was contacted by Jerry Grubbs which is the gasoline supplier Grubbs Petroleum. He stated that I didnt have to go to social media and asked if I would remove the post. He stated that they woupd take care of the repairs for my truck and to have my truck taken to the Ford place in Perry, Fl. My truck was taken to the ford place as requested and a quote was written up and emailed to Grubbs Petroleum as requested. After a day I was contacted and was told that they would not be paying for the repairs of my truck.
