Outside sign says Cash and Chevron card, $3.99, $0.10 cheaper than credit and debit cards (4.09). Using my Chevron card and award points, instead of $3.94 (5 cents awards and advertised $3.99) the pump actually displayed $4.10. This should be $.03 (Chevron Card) and .05 (Rewards) from the $3.99 price. Each gallon of fuel should have been $3.91. I went inside for a correction from the clerk and he says contact Chevron. I have had this issue on 4 other ocassions at this station. I have reported and received a cash refund on days the Manager is there. Every gallon from every vehicle which is not reported means money is going in someones pocket. And this is a busy station
Claimed loss: Only a dollar or two to me each time I visit, but the price of fuel and the amount of vehicles at this station, means a gain for the owner or Chevon and a loss for patrons who don't review their receipts
Desired outcome: Fix the pumps to match the advertised price posted on the signs outside
