I wish I could give them zero stars. Until they took the payment, they were responsive. But once the money was handed over, everything changed. They didn’t deliver the materials on time, and to make things worse, two of my cartons went missing during the move.
When I tried to follow up, no one answered my calls. The driver and transporter blamed each other during the investigation, and their behavior on the phone was downright rude and aggressive. Eventually, they stopped responding altogether. Specially the lady named Bhavani who is answering at the desktop +919940023011
I’ve already filed an official complaint—and I strongly advise others to stay away from this company.
Recommendation: Not recommended at all. “This company has consistently engaged in deceptive practices, effectively defrauding stakeholders and misappropriating resources.”
I would like to bring to your attention that two packages transferred from Coimbatore to Chennai have been found missing. The material was packed and dispatched on Friday night from Coimbatore, but upon arrival in Chennai, we discovered that the boxes were not received.
Additionally, the individuals involved in arranging the transportation from your offices have not been responding to inquiries regarding this matter. This lack of communication is hindering our ability to resolve the issue efficiently.
