This company was hired to move our boxes to our new apartment. They were loaded into the truck on pallets. Because one pallet was too high to fit in, they cut the wrapping plastic to remove the top box, (which our television was in) now this pallet was not as secure becAuse the wrapping was cut. They did not use any straps to tie the boxes down inside the truck, everything was loose. When they arrived at our house, the boxes inside had all fallen over, and crushed our tv. I contacted them immediately to inform them, and they have never responded. Now they just hang up or block my calls. Completely unprofessional company, with very rude service. I would never recommend them.

This should be a simple matter for them to resolve. This is why they have insurance. They need to replace our television.

Diese Firma wurde engagiert, um unsere Boxen zu unserer neuen Wohnung zu bewegen. Sie wurden in den LKW auf Paletten verladen . Da eine Palette zu hoch war, um fit in, schneiden sie die Verpackung aus Kunststoff, die Top-Box zu entfernen, (was unser Fernsehen war in ) jetzt diese Palette war nicht so sicher, da die Verpackung geschnitten wurde. Sie haben noch keine Riemen verwenden, um die Boxen binden unten im Inneren des LKW, alles war locker . Als sie bei uns ankamen, hatten die Boxen innerhalb der ganzen gefallen, und unsere tv zerkleinert. Ich kontaktierte sie sofort, sie zu informieren, und sie haben nie geantwortet . Jetzt hängen sie gerade nach oben oder meine Anrufe blockieren. Völlig unprofessionell Unternehmen mit sehr unfreundlicher Service . Ich würde sie nie empfehlen .
