Checkers & Rally's review: Rally's customer service

A normal sized order took more than 30 minutes to prepare. At the window, I was TOLD by a lethargic male employee to park and wait, and that the order would be brought out to me in 5-10 minutes. The order was not brought out, so I went back through the drive thru. When I asked about the order, a female employee with glasses and ponytail, shouted "[censored] you, were busy!" She continued to cuss and yell. Ridiculously unprofessional. The store, in fact was not busy; a total of 3 customers over a 40 minute span.
