Travelling from Orlando, Florida to Tirana, Albania with a layover in Gatwick London and transferring to Heathrow. Departure day 09/10/ 26.
1. I was not notified that an ETA visa was required for a cost of $42 per person. We were 2 of us - me and my wife.
2. I was not notified that transferring from Gatwick to Heathrow was going to cost me at least $18 per person.
When I found out 3 days before the flight, they agreed to compensate only $50.

Desired outcome: Full compensation for the undiscussed extra costs - i.e. another $80.
