This person has made five accounts, each with my personal real name & then typing very mean things to me. As well as putting my personal information out repetitively. I kept blocking but they kept making more accounts with my private info.

My question I suppose is - can I ban an IP address? Is there someone I can tell so that this IP address gets banned? I just am scared that I will be put in real danger with my personal info coming out

I have purchased tokens for months now. I had just purchased 200 tokens today to tip a model. I was typing in the models chat to figure out how much a pm cost. During that process my account was randomly banned for "violating terms of service."
The explanation "violating terms of service" is very vague. I would prefer my account running again or a specific explanation for the ban and how long the ban will be?

I was working hard as a cam model.. I made 25000 tokens they banned my account and gave me no explanation why or what for I wrote em few emails with no response at all after 5 days.

It's really frustrating since I have been working very hard for those tokens and that money would help me a lot.. plus I don't even know the reason why.

Isaac_leroux contacted me through a private on his site. An agreed upon amount for 3 performers was 100 tokens. One got up and left, I asked where this person was and was told they "went to the bathroom". Then I was told they "suddenly" had to leave! I requested my tokens back since the service was not going to be provided and was told "I don't know how". This person knew ahead of time one was not going to perform as they walked off with a look on their face after I paid the 100 tokens. Then to top it off they just went offline! I would like my tokens back as I received nothing for them!

I had initially requested if this model would have sex with her partner for 1000 tokens.. and she agreed brightly.

I tipped her in 3 proportions. First 499 for nudity, second another 499 for sex initiation.

She agreed.

I also negotiated if she would show face. She said she won't. I asked if she could show face while having sex for 200.

Without hesitation she says, okay. I tip another 200

Total 1198.

And out of the blue before initating sex, she kicks me out of the room. Bans. me.

I went incognito to see if she really was having sex. But to my shock, she got all dressed up and sat on the goal.

I've met cam models that treat people like garbage, there is no protection for customers with disabilities like autism, I spent around 4000 tokens for 319$dollars just for a cam model to milk it all away by prolonging the show rubbing lotion on her belly and not even reaching the goal of the show, I would warn others to stay away from this site if you have disabilities as you will be easily scammed or seen as stupid or booted for telling the truth to a model, I can name names but I won't, they say they hope you won't be offended and then they kick you, I could tell you the whole Shabang of these models

I want to complain about a model you have named 'yourfortuna". She has continually agreed to perform some act for a predetermined amount of tokens, and after she gets tipped, she freezes the camera and says she is having issues with the camera. I know this is not true because I can see her camera still works on Stripchat and on MyFreeCams. I do not want my money back, but she should be banned from working on Chaturbate. She is an embarrassment to your company. She does not make you any money either way and she should be banned to prevent her from scamming other customers of yours.

I am filing this complaint in reference to the Whatttttttttt room, I did register a complaint on the site itself, Chaterbate, and no action was taken.The mentioned subject would use other girls for the online shows and ended up cheating the girls out of the money that they earned further with the girls never returning back to the site.Other complaint is the use of illegal drugs being used online, It is very clear that complaints are not observed on the site.

Here is our texts after she told me 100 tokens for a request for her to put on a tight skirt. After I asked how much to put on a tight skirt in capital letters. I repeated that again typing the word tight like this in all capital. Then came this exchange in pm shown below this message. She then at the end would not put on the loose raggedy rag of a loose skirt, that apparently was the only thing she had after telling me she would put on a tight skirt for 100 tokens. When I said ok put on the loose skirt at the end of our exchanges she refused and tried to wait me out, waiting for me to go away. She refused. Time stamp will shows she played me for 30 minutes, then banned me. Very rude person that should not be on your site and it is clear to me that a girl that pretty not getting any tips shows she is arrogantly upsetting a lot of your clients and they don't trust her anymore, she also does not do what she says she is going to do for money and then takes forever to eventually do what they paid her for waiting them out I believe. She did the same thing to someone else it appears earlier, I think that is her modus-operandi, she also says she never ever shows her panties. How is that possible? Then why is she on this site? I have had many issues with Chatburbate lately, my account was hacked and I can not change my password, their support barely respond when I contact them.

Before my account was even hacked, they failed to pay me for the tokens I have cashed out. They are thieves and incompetent at the same time! I am vey upset, I need this money and I am now behind in my rent.

The fighting amongst users on the male cammers side is continuing and when Chaturbate does take action banning a user it does no good. How? One example recently you took the time to ban the account of Froster, however once he found out it was banned he immediately created the account Froster1 and was back. What he did deserved a ban but when you allow this to happen why do you even bother? Can't you make it so these disrupters go away for good since they spend very little and cause others to spend less even?

I was banned from Chaturbate for no reason at all and they making things up as well as not responding to my many emails and they stole like 700 tokens before didn't give them back after promising, assuring me they will buy the worst part is that they banned me saying I violated terms of conditions but I've seen them allow very young looking models as well as I was soo docked and disgusted to see very younger people underage come into my chat rooms too many times and posed as older till I found out 🤢 that proved to me Chaturbate are sickening and need to be checked out thoroughly. By the way quite a few other people have also said the same things as I am saying so imagine how rice this may be on the Chaturbate site as much as they might deny it

Back in February I changed my details, such as legal name & also my address. I took the photo with my ID, and I thought it had been update. About a month later I requested my tokens payout. The check was sent in my previous name & address. I tried to cash the check but wasn't able to, due to the incorrect name & address. I emailed chaturbate again to let them know this had happened & they responded with dispose of the check & they would reissue a new one with the correct details. It's still not arrived & I've emailed several times about it, but I get no response about it. My screen name is ALLWOMAN. Not very happy about this.

This performer had a show on May 5th which was stated to collect donations to "help Colombia". She stated she collected over 37, 000 tokens.
On her Twitter account May 6th (twitter.com/cutenataly18) she stated she was handling the donation and would not be performing.
The next day she was online (May 7th) but never published as a photo proof of her distribution of these "donations".

To be legal it is expected that she would publish a public document stating
a) how much money was collected from those tokens
b) how the money was used
c) receipt showing that the full amount was donated if she truly did a donation at all
