Thank you for being here. I'm hoping you can help with this issue as Support has not replied to me. I'm a regular Chaturbate tipper and I was defrauded a few days ago and Support has not replied to my email requesting the tokens be returned. What happened was a girl scammed me by offering a password show and then not performing the show. I had 2000 tokens already, but had promised those to another performer who hadn't yet come online, so they were there for her, to join this newly offered password show I had to buy more, which I did and handed over. After I paid the price for the password show the girl said she knew I had 2000 tokens more and demanded them. She said CHaturbate told her I had them. Why would Chaturbate do that? I explained that they were for another show and I had promised them to another performer and requested she perform the show I had just paid for, and which she had agreed to and indeed offered in the first place. SHe did not perform the show and banned me from the room. THe ticket ID is [protected]

I'm upset. I was camming and after my show I had to reverify my age. Even tho I verified my age that same day because I upgraded to be a supporter and thats a requirement to broadcast. So I tried to re verify my age and after going back and forth my account got blocked. All I want is my account Unblocked so I can cam again I don't think its fair that I verified my age and hours later I have to do it again and then I get my account blocked because it says I'm the approved owner. I'm really confused but yeah thats why I got banned.

I have been trying to reach out in get in contact but all I get as a response is a customer service agent will contact me shortly. Then I get nothing. I have tried to create another account to see if I could reverify my age and it got banned as well. Now I'm getting no responses and I'm down $40. I still don't understand what terms I violated. Chaturbate banned my account with no explanation as to what Terms Of Service I had or may have violated. I thought the Terms Of Service were more for performers as opposed to customers viewing the performers. I have sent numerous emails asking for an explanation as to what I did and the return of my 554 tokens that were in my account when I was banned.

Banned and no customer support
My accounts have been banned by Chaturbate and Support has failed to respond to my email request. I've been sending support requests for 2 weeks. I'm a good customer and never done anything unethical or in violation of the site rules. I have friends through this account and I'm disappointed I can't visit them. Hello there, i am a male model on chaturbate, and been camming from last 4 years on chaturbate, my account was banned a month ago on basis of someone tipped me tokens from a stolen credit card and i have been accused that i am involve with the person, but sir the thing is I don't even know that person personally or any type of involvement with him, I just performed as a model from him the way i do it for everyone .Is chargeback models fault sir ? Unauthorized paypal charges by male chaturbate model solomon_ken as well as unethical behavior
In April 2021 This individual claimed he was being arrested by the Russian authorities for not answering a Draft Notice to join Military conscript and would go to Jail. His only way out was being a full time student at St Petersburg University where he lived. He was crying and onsite... and said he spent the week in a local police jail for several days... and only had two days to get registered as a full time student. He ask me to loan him $1000.00 USD and the University would accept Payment in Rubles converted by Pal Pal. He will not return by calls... He continues on Chaturbate working out of a Studio in St Petersburg Russia.

Someone is telling everyone my real info
This person has made five accounts, each with my personal real name & then typing very mean things to me. As well as putting my personal information out repetitively. I kept blocking but they kept making more accounts with my private info.
My question I suppose is - can I ban an IP address? Is there someone I can tell so that this IP address gets banned? I just am scared that I will be put in real danger with my personal info coming out

I have purchased tokens for months now. I had just purchased 200 tokens today to tip a model. I was typing in the models chat to figure out how much a pm cost. During that process my account was randomly banned for "violating terms of service."
The explanation "violating terms of service" is very vague. I would prefer my account running again or a specific explanation for the ban and how long the ban will be?

Isaac_leroux contacted me through a private on his site. An agreed upon amount for 3 performers was 100 tokens. One got up and left, I asked where this person was and was told they "went to the bathroom". Then I was told they "suddenly" had to leave! I requested my tokens back since the service was not going to be provided and was told "I don't know how". This person knew ahead of time one was not going to perform as they walked off with a look on their face after I paid the 100 tokens. Then to top it off they just went offline! I would like my tokens back as I received nothing for them!

I had initially requested if this model would have sex with her partner for 1000 tokens.. and she agreed brightly.
I tipped her in 3 proportions. First 499 for nudity, second another 499 for sex initiation.
She agreed.
I also negotiated if she would show face. She said she won't. I asked if she could show face while having sex for 200.
Without hesitation she says, okay. I tip another 200
Total 1198.
And out of the blue before initating sex, she kicks me out of the room. Bans. me.
I went incognito to see if she really was having sex. But to my shock, she got all dressed up and sat on the goal.
Please help.

I've met cam models that treat people like garbage, there is no protection for customers with disabilities like autism, I spent around 4000 tokens for 319$dollars just for a cam model to milk it all away by prolonging the show rubbing lotion on her belly and not even reaching the goal of the show, I would warn others to stay away from this site if you have disabilities as you will be easily scammed or seen as stupid or booted for telling the truth to a model, I can name names but I won't, they say they hope you won't be offended and then they kick you, I could tell you the whole Shabang of these models
And this has been on 4 different occasions

Model scamming money from customers
I want to complain about a model you have named 'yourfortuna". She has continually agreed to perform some act for a predetermined amount of tokens, and after she gets tipped, she freezes the camera and says she is having issues with the camera. I know this is not true because I can see her camera still works on Stripchat and on MyFreeCams. I do not want my money back, but she should be banned from working on Chaturbate. She is an embarrassment to your company. She does not make you any money either way and she should be banned to prevent her from scamming other customers of yours.
My Screen name is Hmmmthisisnew. She is a horrible reflection on the quality work all these other hard working models do for you.
