Spectrum.com review: Spectrum is trash. Customer service is garbage

This place has hung up on me multiple times. I have general questions about my bill. Im being very polite and yet I still get transfered to dead lines. They sound like they are high. I cannot believe the service I am getting. Spectrum is going to lose ALOT of customers. Im on the phone trying to cancel right now and I got hung up on 3 times already. I have NEVER experienced this with ANY company. I WARN YOU, DO NOT GET INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL BE SO MAD THAT YOU DID.
